I ordered on 30 June no communication after that date sent complaint received excuses they couldn't find my order.Numerous email and answered with excuses it's dishonest.

Total Scam. They offer you full refund if you return the goods to China. They say it is expensive to return them. Spend $64 to return to get back the $102 nearly halves your losses ??? Even with tracking that they have received back the goods you do not get any refund at all. Just a survey from their Champion Customer support. They should be banned from being allowed to advertise.

terrible - they do not send you anything that looks remotely like what you ordered. total waste of money.

This company is a scam. Flat out scam. I spent $40 on a “full size” blanket. It’s a BABY BLANKET. Horrible quality, disgusting packaging. Refusal of all refunds.

My problem arose with another company somehow associated with Comfybedsheets. I placed an order using the sizing guide on the webpage but the items delivered were 3 sizes too small. When I reached out to initiate a return as outlined in the terms and conditions, one of the contacts was Comfybedsheets although I had ordered apparel not linens. The return policy stated that a return shipping label would be provided if the product qualified for a return. After sending the required order number, invoice, photos etc. I was given the option to receive a 15% refund, a gift card for a 25% discount on my next purchase or pay for return shipping of the product before a refund would be considered, the cost of which could range from $20-$70. I reached out to PayPal as this was the vehicle for payment and although they investigated the case, the case was closed. When I gave up and requested the 15% refund, my return period was expired. Lesson learned!

Stay away from this scam company at all costs. They should be shut down as they are scamming multiple consumers! I purchased a King size duvet cover set for $74.99 and 3 weeks later received some horrible polyester sheets that look nothing like what I had purchased. Tried contacting the company for a refund and was told they can give me a 5% discount for my troubles! What a scam, beware of Shopify stores that have little to no inventory on their websites!

Goods from Communist China. Junk. Trying to return is a joke. Stay away, waste of money and time. Let's see if credit card company can get me a refund.

I bought 1 $70 pillow and a set of pillow cases for 9.99. The only item received was the pillow cases. I tried to call after a number of attempts to get a response by email only to find out the number doesn't work. So I went back to emailing, hoping to get a response other than the automated email. It is now about 2months later I have officially paid ~$80 for a set of cheap pillowcases.
I recently received a response to my latest email demanding my money back. They said they'll inquire with their "Proficient" shipping department. I just want my money back at this point.
