Bait and switch. Not trustworthy
I ordered an expensive Briggs and Riley suitcase. They sent me a less expensive model. When I complained they said it was the same thing and gave me a hard time about returning it. Bait and switch. Try at your own risk.

Delsey Trunk luggage
I purchased a Delsey Trunk luggage and Carry on. The Trunk was broken within 1 month of purchase. Sadly Lexington Luggage did not have warranty or care did not stand by their product in any manner! Very disappointing in the quality of this pricy piece of luggage. I do not recommend the seller or vendor.

Hello, we are sorry to hear of the damage of your item. ALL items we offer are covered by a manufacture's warranty. Each warranty varies by collection/brand. Your Delsey item DOES have a warranty from DELSEY as they are the ones who make the luggage. We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. We do not make the luggage. As mentioned, you simply would need to contact Delsey via their website and file your warranty claim for repair/replacement from their warranty claim link on their website.
