This is a nice bag, but I have not used it yet. I did have a pleasant surprise in customer service. The price declined $30 between the time I ordered it and the time it was delivered. I requested a refund for the difference and they gave it to me.

Price and service are great! I searched the internet for the best price on Briggs & Riley luggage and found it at Lexington Luggage. I called to make sure the luggage would arrive by a specific date and they assured me that it would. I received it before the needed date. I was so pleased with the luggage and this company's service, that I purchased another piece.

This piece of luggage is just the right size when needing a bit more room than a carry-on bag. It is balanced well and won’t tip over when pulling. It looks as good as new after several flights.

Received it within the faster parameters of the time they specified (I’m in Ohio) and when I called to follow up, I spoke to a very courteous New Yorker who was able to look up the shipping details.

Luggage came promptly and was nicer than we expected it to be

We have used the 22" carry-on bags for the past year and a half and have loved the TravelElite Pro line, so much so that we ordered two more bags one size up. The bags are easy to pack efficiently and allow us to take much more than we've experienced with our old carry-ons. We expect the same from the 25" bags we've just purchased.

Excellent checkout experience. I contacted CS to determine delivery window and they followed up ASAP. Excellent price. I would recommend and would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

So the garment bag is a bit bulky but that is the nature of the beast as it is designed to hold a lot of hanging garments. It is very stable when standing or rolling. The zipper can be challenging but if you move it a little bit when folded it will help align the zipper so it works easier. All in all it is a very good garment bag.

Awesome bag....exactly what we wanted, but better for a month in Europe. Nice light but strong materials, backpack makes perfect daypack.both zipper attachment as well as strap on back to loop over luggage handle. Both bags fit much more than they look. Highly recommend. Slight glitch w order, had to call, but quickly resolved by friendly, professional representative. Will definitely use this company again.

Amazing customer service. And when I say amazing I mean the best I have ever had. Before you read this and get worried why customer service was needed in the first place just know that my Product shipped straight from manufacturer which took a day longer than it should. I started to freak out and Lexington responded to me literally within minutes and replied to everything. Whatever relationship and reputation Lexington Luggage has with their product manufacturers it must be an amazing one because the manufacturer had the item overnighted for me. Now here is the best part. Lexington somehow and I will never know how was able to offer my item for about $125 less than anyone else was offering it and then in addition didn’t even charge a sales tax. The product
Is 100% real and from manufacturer. The manufacturer themselves charge more for the product on their website! The Bosca bag I purchased was my dream bag for the last 10 years or so and I could never afford it. Now I make a little more and with the discount offered The only thing I couldn’t afford was to not purchase the bag. You have my 100% loyalty Lexington and I thank you. I also read all the online reviews and I see that some people are concerned with their luggage repair service being a bit high. I can’t speak to that but what I can tell whoever reads this if you are seeing an AD for an item that you want from this company and the price seems too good to be true then you’re in luck because in retail there are not many exceptions to that saying so take advantage and feel confident purchasing from Lexington. Again, thank you guys. Love the bag and keep the Bosca stocked up. I will be back for more.

I ordered a product that was being processed and shipped by a third party. The third party was very slow and it was unclear what was going on with my order. I contacted Lexington Luggage via email. They got back to me right away, got in contact with the third party seller, and made sure I had my order (a birthday gift) just in time!

Our order came in on time. Satisfied customer here. Will do more business in the near future
