Great price and quick delivery!

My order arrived timely and without incident. Good price.

I purchased nearly a full Briggs and Riley luggage set (six pieces).

I was somewhat wary due to uneven reviews. Lexington Luggage sent a cryptic message the next day asking me to call them. After I was unable to reach them, I was afraid, thinking that it may have been a scam and that I would be out of a large amount of money. It turned out not to be a scam at all. They happened to be "out of stock" on a particular piece and offered me multiple options for substitutions. Alex did a great job.

During the delivery process, FedEx temporarily lost a label on one of the pieces, resulting in a mess on the tracking site (it looked like it had been returned to sender). Lexington was on it immediately and assured me everything had been fixed and I would receive the shipment as promised. I got all the pieces safe and sound, new in box, as advertised, on the day they were promised.

Their responsiveness rate by e-mail was excellent. I am very happy with my experience.

I have been using a good quality ($150) laptop bag since I graduated college 10 years ago truth is it was in good shape still. But I have wanted something that says,"Success" for all those years. I studied, researched and examined just about every Full Grain Briefcase with a trolly slip for air travel in the market and landed on this one. You can spend $1,000 on something that is frankly ugly. This price, craftsmanship, and fine tuned design from obviously over 100 years shows. This is exactly what I have been looking for. Thank you, to all that made the bag.

I have had this bag previously and after 10 years of use, The wheel fell off while boarding a plane in NY.
