Disappointed
For context, I work in the oilfield and am away from home for weeks at a time. I had a poor experience with LexusPartsNow for several reasons, but what ultimately prompted this review was their refusal to accept a return of brand-new, unused parts because I was outside their 30-day return window.
I understand having a return policy. However, the parts were still brand new and unused, and I was willing to pay return shipping and even accept a reasonable restocking fee. I simply asked whether they could make an exception given the circumstances.
Instead, I found the return process unnecessarily rigid and frustrating, with seemingly no willingness to work with a customer who had purchased genuine parts in good faith and no longer needed them.
I’ve spent a substantial amount of money maintaining my Lexus and will continue buying OEM parts, but after this experience, I’ll be purchasing them elsewhere. A little flexibility and customer service would have gone a long way

They replied about my review saying…
They replied about my review saying there was no customer service saying my return was out of the 30 day period to return it's out of the 30 period because they don't have customer service to get ahold of before the 30 day period expires and there's a 12 month warranty on the part but again no customer service to tell me who I need to get ahold of for that

Once approved, it shipped on 6/30. Delivery was completed on 7/6, with the transit time being extended due to the Independence Day holiday.
