This comment is in regard to the Las Vegas Branch on Sahara ave. and specifically with the service consultant Mr. Henry Montoya.
I brought my Lexus in for a coolant flush, but upon inspection, Mr. Montoya discovered that the service had been done previously when they replaced the water pump several months back, and was not needed at this time.
His honesty is so appreciated and refreshing in a environment that charges for services that are not needed.
I hope the Lexus higher-ups don’t consider this man a liability to the rapacious goals of a typical dealership. Please commend this individual. At the risk of using a cliche "Honesty can indeed go a long way".
I look forward to working with this gentleman for my next Lexus service needs.
Sincerely,
Mr. Phelston Jones 702-239-1898 7/9/26

The physical part is not fit, way too small. I wasted my money.

Resposta da LexusPartsNow.com
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the part did not fit. We do see that you entered your VIN during checkout; however, our website advised that it could not confirm fitment based on the VIN provided. This can happen when the manufacturer has multiple part options or incomplete VIN-specific data. Your feedback is essential for improving our services.
Good price and fast delivery

The part I received was the correct one & the color match to the interior of our car was exact. The online purchase was easy & this vendor had the best price I could find including local car dealerships.
