Your parts pricing is great
Your parts pricing is great. Between a new rim and plugs you saved me over $1000. My lexus dealer here marks up the parts tremendously. Thanks for the savings on OEM parts.

Terrible Customer Support
Customer service and procedures to help customers are terrible. One of the parts I ordered was not received in the shipment. Had to call 4 times and wait on an email responses that took days. Customer support can't help when calling, they can only email.

I bought gas struts for my hatchback and they don’t work properly. They don’t even have enough power to fully open the door. My old ones were better. I sent them an email with my concerns but got no response.
