It’s amazing

I rented one of these power banks from someone at the O2 and it literally was a life saver. The guy who was selling/renting them was fab however, when I went to Tottenham stadium to watch BTS I saw the this company there and half way through the concert mine and my daughters phones were on 10%. We needed our phones to get back to the hotel so I went and rented 2 knowing I would get £30 back. When the concert finished me and my 2 daughters were searching for the guy but couldn’t find him. We saw a few other people also looking for him, they said they couldn’t find him either so he must be outside! We went outside again looked everywhere and couldn’t find him. I asked a security guy who said he was in the stadium but because we left we weren’t allowed to go back in! After explain we have traveled a long way and can’t afford the £30 loss the security guy said he would take them Upto him and see if he will accept them back and give us our refund. He came back and said the guy said he will take them and send us our deposits back. I was so grateful, we left and got a bus back to the hotel, it was then I realised there was no way the guy could give us our refund because he didn’t know my email address!! So not o my was he making it very hard for us to find him (there’s been a lot of negative posts about him all over social media, even people calling it a scam warning others not to use them!) but he accepted my 2 power banks back knowing full well I would loose my money and the power banks! I have contacted the lifesaver company and had no reply! I’m now going to contact the stadium and tell them they need to use a different company as this one or at least the guy selling them on their behalf is scamming people! What was an incredible day was completely ruined!

So easily to use and recharge and got at Leeds roundhay so good when it goes flat you swap it for another

Paid £35 at Harry Styles' Wembley concert to rent a charger. Was told I would be refunded the £20 deposit when I returned at the end. So when I did return, my refund wouldn't go through because of an "issue" with their app and that a manager would be contacted to sort this out and that I should receive the refund in a few days.
That was 2 weeks ago. I have tried several ways to get in touch with the company since then with absolutely no luck or acknowledgement whatsoever. The only reason this isn't a one star review is because the powerbank did charge my phone, but it should have only cost me £15. Will not be using this company ever again and I will be contacting Trading Standards.

I don’t tend to review things, but… felt inclined as I was so impressed.

DONT use this!! I payed to borrow it in Manchester co op live and I returned it tell me why today it’s just took another £25 out my bank account somewhere in Essex absolutely raging and will be marking this as fraud, no answer on the phone or email I want my money back!!

This product was light and very practical. I love how I dont need to carry extra cables
