When mine and my girlfreinds phones ran out of battery at the drumsheds thease was litrally what they say lifesavers they charged our phones to well over 60 percent, i woupd recomend of you are out of town and at a venue or a rave to grab one just before your phone dies and fir 12 quid cant go wrong and there rechargable 👌👍

At Paultons Park, I took advantage of a power bank rental. However, after several hours, I noticed no refund was processed. Attempts to reach out for assistance led only to automated responses, and my emails went unanswered. Regrettably, I won't be opting for this service in the future.

So compact ,and thin, yet mighty power! Holds power til you need it, charges super fast , contains all you need and can use your phone whilst charging as it is literally so thin.

Returned the item and it didn’t recognise I had, therefore no refund. Further, I have just checked my bank (a month after this incident) and they have taken £25 from my card! Will report as fraud if not immediately refunded.

I used the life saver machine at winter wonderland in London, I was told I would receive my deposit back but never received a receipt and no deposit back. 26GBP gone for only 30% charge on my phone. It was an absolute joke.

Awesome the QR code should also have locations where you can drop them off as well

Rented a power bank at Nottingham arena during Bad Omens. I was charged £25 on the understanding that after returning it I would receive a £15 deposit back. Upon returning the power bank and loading it into the machine, a message saying 'return failed" appeared with a QR code to contact customer support. There were 3 people who returned their chargers at the same time as me using the same machine, and the same thing happened to all of us. I don't think this is a coincidence, I'd say it's a scam. Will not be using again, and I'm still waiting for my deposit returned. Take your own charger and avoid using lifesave

Used the service at the O2 on 26th of Oktober. Returned the powerbank, but got no receipt. Just used my Credit Card as instructed to get the refund. Sadly No refund and customer Service ist just a Bot.

So 26GBP gone.

Update: the real customer Support contacted me after this Post and solved the issue. Sometimes it needs a real person to look into complaints. Thank you.

My advice: check on Return, wether the refund ist placed in your Card, else ask for a receipt
