I'm a supplier of Little Lona and there were no problems till November 2023. Since then, they stoped paying and they still have some unpaid invoices from last year! I don't take risks and I do not to ship new orders. Unfortunantly it looks like somthing in the company has negativly changed.
How to get money back?
Ordered 2 weeks ago and item has not shipped. I've tried emailing and calling, and nobody is responding. Reading reviews here I'm realising that there is something wrong with this business. If anybody has managed to get their money back please share how you did it :(
SCAM
I will file a claim with the FBI , they scammed us , we purchased a pricey stroller that was never shipped then we were told we are going to get our money back because they don’t have the item in stock .

DO NOT ORDER!!!! Stay away from this place. I ordered an item in Nov. I was told it’s on back order and will ship around January. I was ok with that. January came and went and still no item. I asked for a refund and the company went dark. Stopped responding to my emails. On March 26th after doing a dispute and charge back through my bank, I received an apology email and that they will issue a refund. It stated to allow 2-7 days for my refund to hit. It’s now almost a month later and still no refund. I’ve reached out 3 times since and the company went dark again.
Stay away
Stay away. I ordered and paid for a high price item. Was charged and invoice stated it would take 3-5 business days to ship. That was over a month ago. I have reached out several times with no response. Unfortunately had to file a claim through my banking institution in hopes to receive my money back.

Order has not shipped in 4 weeks
Like many others, I placed an order nearly 4 weeks ago and have yet to receive any shipping conformation from Little Lona. I emailed and called several times and have received no response.
It’s quite upsetting since I’ve already been charged for the rug I ordered.
Possible scam
I am concerned that I have been scammed by Little Lona. I purchased an item 18 days ago. They sent an email saying there was a fraud alert on my account and I was to send a copy of my ID. I sent this on with my personal details blanked out but since then I have heard nothing. I have emailed multiple times and attempted to call but nobody is returning any of my messages. I have no confirmation that the item is being dispatched and there is no indication of how to cancel the order.
Great online shopping experience!
Little Lona is a gem of a company. Their website is easy to navigate, they have great prices and promotions, and shipping was super fast! Would definitely purchase from here again.

Fast shipping and exactly as described. I promptly received tracking information. One of my items was out of stock, and someone from the company immediately notified me that the item was delayed. I would purchase from Little Lona again!

At first, I thought this was a fake website and was afraid that I would be scammed since I had never heard of this website. But after placing my order, I felt more comfortable with the amount of communication I received regarding my order. The shipping was fast and my item came and it wasn't a scam. Definitely a place I would buy again.

JUST DON'T GO THERE!
I received an email on Dec 12 informing me that a gift, ordered on November 26th, and charged to me THAT SAME DAY, is NOW unavailable, due to unforeseen circumstances and issue a credit. What kind of company is so poorly run that thy sell and CHARGE customers for products they are unable to provide? And then waiting 16 DAYS to inform me “WHOOPS, SORRY!” and holding my money all that time!!!!!
I am left with no gift for a child, and only 3 days to order something before almost all online companies stop guaranteeing shipments in time for Christmas (which is after our celebration anyway).
If that isn’t enough, they have never offered an alternative-while there are painted versions of the same product! Perhaps I might have chosen one of those!
BUT, WAIT, BEST OF ALL!!! As of this moment they are still selling the exact item the website! SERIOUSLY?? And of course, the item's retail price has increased by 20$.
I suspect the previous reviewer has purchased the same item; as the cost is the same, $117.
Finally, I emailed them Dec. 14 and as of today, the only response I have received is the "you are important to us, but we are too busy to deal with you..." auto generated response. Clearly they are busy with all of their other furious customers.
MY RESPONSE TO LITTLE LONA'S COMMENT:
If the problem was with inventory, a responsible company would have:
a.) notified me as soon as it was evident that the item was not available, not weeks later
b.) refunded charges billed when unable to ship by the promised date
c.) have ceased to sell the item in question
c.) responded to my email of Dec. 14. As of today, Jan. 14th, I have received no response to that email. Evidently my public complaint in this forum that might hurt their business necessitates some concern, whereas my personal satisfaction rates none.
Finally, I did discover that Little Colorado, the company that makes the table in question, had them in stock and took my order. They were unable to comment on the issue with Little Lona.

Beware of this company
I placed an order 1 month ago and still have not received it. They were quick to take my money and have yet to respond to my email. I feel as if it is a scam.
I wouldn't recommend to anyone. It is a Christmas gift for my grandson and I probably will have to buy him something else because I doubt that I will ever receive my purchase and be out the $117. Beware of this supposed company!!
