Cheaper product vs other sites
I have not received the product yet, so lets see how it goes. I was able ti find the product on this site for a lower price compared to other website. One thing they should work on is on shipping items a bit faster, or at least, have the same message than UPS. UPS says they will deliver the item today, while Lona says its tomorrow.

I recently placed an online order during this holiday season (12/18). The site has great deals and selections! My order was shipped out early (labeled created on 12/21 and in-transit on 12/22). Despite some negative reviews, it was a great experience so far. Please give this small business a chance :) Thank you.

Possible scam, stay away
We ordered a play mat for my daughter around the mid November. They never shipped it out. When I tried to reach their customer service, it took them almost a week to respond. Later they send me a tracking number, the status is ‘label created’. It’s been almost a month from the time I placed the order, and the status is still’ label created’. I’m not sure if we will get it by this year, or if we will get it ever. I’m planning to dispute this payment if we haven’t get it for another month.

We show that you received your order on 12/13. The item that you placed was a preorder with an early December delivery. Preorders are detailed on our site with the add to cart button and all preorders are sent with email communication alerting customers of the preorder timeline. I have asked out customer service team to follow up with you to ensure receipt of your item. Thank you
This company sucks
This company sucks honestly. Customer service is non-existent, I’ve called, emailed and even messaged on Instagram. We placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and haven’t received an order update and the items still haven’t shipped. Spent almost a thousand dollars and have no idea if or when I’ll get the items. Stay away and order from a more trusted source.

We purchased an item on pre-order and they kept pushing the pre-order date back even though the supplier has the item. They refused to provide a refund on a pre-order item. Do not purchase from this retailer.
