Little Lona was very punctual with our delivery . We ordered our MiMa stroller carrier a few days before our departure and i was shocked at how seamless , efficient and quick our order was addressed.

I will definitely order again!

Placed an order on 6/16 - credit card charged 6/17 - it is now 6/28 and I still haven't received confirmation on shipping or my product. Contacted their customer service via email on 6/24 and called and LM on 6/27, no return call or return email. Contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge since I can't get ahold of anyone and haven't received shipping confirmation or product.

I have not yet put together the baby rocker, but it looks like the photos and the fabric on the cushion is soft. I'm looking forward to purchasing the activity arch as well.

The part that made me make the purchase is that the harness is removable, making the product last more than a few months and into toddlerhood.

Bought a baby rocker which is originally from France. It came with DHL and I didn’t even need to pay for customs. It worked well and it arrived very quick.

I am very happy with my Beaba Babycook Neo! I did a lot of reading to find exactly what I wanted- a great quality baby food maker that steams and purees, easy to use and clean, minimal plastic esp in contact with the food itself and sleek look.
I desperately wanted the eucalyptus color also and it was sold out or had a huge price increase with other vendors knowing it was hard to find. Little Lona had in stock and with an offer code that would make it a little less in price than competitor! I was skeptical at first but I was reassured by other reviews and seeing that it was located in TX not an overseas company.
I was kept in the loop when there was a delay on their end in receiving the product and was given the option to wait or cancel. I received the item as promised and it is absolutely perfect!!
This product has made my life so much easier for prepping my babys food since I'm trying to avoid store bought if possible. I think in the long run this will save me a ton of money in not having to spend so much with the organic baby food brands.

I bought the charlie crane rocker from little-lona as it is the cheapest because of free shipping and offered coupon. Customer service was great and the product was exactly like pictures and descriptions.

I had a great experience with this company. I purchased a OYOY wool rug. Not only they offer the best price, but they also offer free shipping. The item arrived promptly with no issue. I noticed the item was directly shipped from manufacturers. So I would probably ignore the bad reviews complaining about shipping speed. Overall good company, highly recommend!

My wallpaper came fast and is beautiful!!!

I submitted 3 orders so far and everything went well. Sometimes shipping could be faster but they always offer free shipping which is amazing and for that I am fine with a delay. All products are genuine!

I’ve ordered from here twice and had a great experience both times. First I got the tripp trapp high chair and the second time the tray for it. Both times it was delivered quickly with no issues and was a better price than if I bought locally.

I believe this company is very likely a complete scam to simply get your credit card number. I have called at 4:30EST, which is 3:30CST and no one answers, even though their hours state 9AM - 5PM Central time. And when you get the answering machine is says that you've "called outside of business hours." Now I'm trying to verify the stock of a specific item on their own website 'Support Chat" and I can't get anyone to answer and have waited for more than 20 minutes. This leads me to believe the website is a total scam, at least it seems that way. At the very least beware you'd be ordering from a site that has NO way to contact customer service--generally, I don't give my credit card to companies like this unless I can walk through their front door and into their shop in my own town.

Gorgeous wallpaper that was so easy to put up! We bought the Spring Floral Mural wallpaper by Anewall for our nursery from Little Lona and I’m beyond thrilled! It was our first time putting up wallpaper but it was definitely easy enough to do ourselves in a few hours. Shipping was quick and I could not be happier!
