Placed order Nov. 26. Arrived Dec. 1. Everything was wrapped carefully and beautifully. The products were exactly as described on the site. I was looking for specific Maileg sets from various sites and was able to take advantage of their Black Friday discount to get exactly what we were looking for at a lower price (which is impossible to find for Maileg).

I placed an order for a $4,000 playground back in May. I received part of it with over 20 missing parts. I contacted the company numerous times (over 20 phone calls and emails) before I started to threaten them with contacting the BBB. Finally, Anyny replied and said it would be handled and I would receive the missing pieces by the end of the week (back in July). Then I was told I'd receive it in August, then the end of August, and now "sometime in September". This is only after constant persistence on my end to contact the company and only receive responses every few weeks. I'm shocked by the terrible customer service and the lies and will be reporting them to the BBB as I've asked for a refund for my order (and offered to send back the parts I did receive) and still have not heard back from them. Please, do not purchase from them. I'm all for supporting small businesses, but not business who scam people out of their money and ghost them.

Awesome folks to work with. needed a few items for a family trip. We ordered from Albeebaby but it got cancelled for unknown reasons. We contacted little lona to see if they can overnight the items since they were one of few retailers that actually had the item in stock.
They confirmed and overnighted us the item. They even guaranteed that we will get it in time. Awesome folks and super appreciative that they were able to go above and beyond for our needs!

Placed an order on 8/9/2022 and up to this day my order hasn’t shipped. It has been 3 weeks. Sent an email to customer service but never got a response. Tried to reach them via instagram, also no response: Called customer service last week and said the order will ship soon. It has been an week since my last call and no shipment confirmation or any email stating that order will process.

Shipping was fast. Just got my pico car seat for my baby boy today and we both love it. Price is a bit high but definitely worth it. Recommend 100%.

I have been waiting for my order to ship for almost two weeks. I have been charged and nothing has shipped yet. I started to get nervous after seeing all these reviews so I tried to contact them through email, instant messenger, and phone. Have not heard back from anyone. I understand things take time to get shipped especially bulky items but the fact that no one has responded to me is very frustrating. Very unhappy with the customer service.

Super cute & convenient! Could not find a cute baby bag anywhere & the ones I did find were sold out. I seen tote savvy and seen how versatile it was & decided to turn a tote into a diaper bag ! I got the deluxe for more space & am super excited! Oh & it came a day earlier than expected! Also through little lona I was able to use a discount code and got free shipping!!

Very annoying experience so far. I only ordered two rolls of wallpaper las Thursday and still trying to find out when it is going the shipped. NO Response to Phone calls or emails. I am starting to think they can be scam. Order number #6666.

Update on Aug 2022: No one has contacted me at all. No emails no updates .Avoid these scammers!!

Like many others I placed an order. Item never ships. No response via email, telephone, they erase negative comments on Instagram even if you only ask about shipping status. I reached out over Dm someone finally responded only to say they would find out an get back to me. No one has. It's a scam!!!

I just made my second purchase from Little Lona and I could not be more pleased! The product offerings are amazing brands of the highest quality, yet it feels as if you are buying from a friend’s storefront in your hometown. I purchased a Banwood balance bike during a time they were few and far between. Customer service with Little Lona was amazing with consistent updates, and delivery ahead of schedule. My latest purchase was a Stokke high chair which is awesome, and again arrived ahead of schedule!

I purchased 2 outdoor sets on Monday 8/1 equaling $1,599 I have tried contacting them ever since Monday to confirm the order and see when the items will ship since it says 2-5 days. I got very nervous when I started reading the online reviews about customers not receiving their items ! So I called them to verify that it was in deed a trust worthy store. I have called on Monday on Tuesday and today no answer on any of the days and different time I’ve called. I’ve written two emails no response except for an automated email saying they will respond in 24-48 hours. I reached out via Instagram and the person who wrote back said they are a 3rd party affiliated with them and they would let them know I contacted them. Still have not heard back. If I don’t hear back by Friday I will be contacting my bank. This is crazy never experienced this before !

I ordered a bike for my daughter on 7/2, there has been no update to the shipping and it is still unfulfilled as of 7/12. Website says ships in 2-3 days. Really wondering if this is a scam site. I tried contacting customer service with no answer.

I bought a specific item for a baby shower gift from Little Lona. It both shipped and arrived quickly. I appreciate the excellent customer service and the emails to let me know it shipped.
