As ever it was a lovely trip with everything well organised. The room was comfortable,clean and warm. I especially appreciated the walk in shower which I knew could have been an overwatch shower. All the meals were enjoyable and plentiful. Also as I have an allergy to black pepper, I appreciated the care that was taken. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful and the evening entertainment fun. The trips were interesting and I can't wait to book again.

From the moment that we joined the coach to the welcome at Inversnaid hotel, the excellent dining staff, meals and excursions to finally returning home we had a great holiday. Can't wait to book again

Very good value for money. Very well organised in all arrangements from pick-ups to restaurant times to day trips.
It is unfortunate that it takes so long to get to hotel but unavoidable. Equally some of the day trips ditto. Some stops have nothing but a shop, and loos, of course. Would like the odd museum, if any.

All staff very pleasant and helpful. Food brilliant. Rooms very satisfactory. Drivers very knowledgeable. Excursions well chosen. Really good value.

As usual excellent value for money. Hotels all welcoming and good standards. Staff all friendly, helpful and go the extra mile.

Our first time in Scotland, Lochs & Glens made the experience amazing!! Lovely hotel, the food was very good (lots of choice), & the coach excursions were second to none!! Our driver, Dave, was so informative & the coach was very comfortable. We’ll definitely be back!!

We have been back just over a week from an excellent holiday at Loch Awe Hotel, Rebecca and her team could not be faulted in their excellent caring service, nothing was too much for them.
The journey up was longer than expected due to two major diversions, due to accidents on the M6. On arrival at the hotel, we had the usual welcoming speech and check in on the coach, where we were also given our room card. The hotel was warm and welcoming, everywhere was clean and well maintained.
The food and service again could not be faulted; the food was well cooked and nicely presented. Mealtimes were nicely staggered which is quite acceptable and depends on length of excursions times, some people complain about this, for one thing they could not have a large number of people descending on the restaurant at the same time, the kitchen would not cope.
Our outward feeder driver was good; it was a contract coach from Llew Jones our Tour Driver Chris took over at Lymm Services (not one of the best Motorway services). Chris provided excellent service and care throughout the holiday, always available at mealtimes making sure everybody was satisfied.
The driver that took over at Lymm was not as helpful and decided to Go via M5/M4 to Newport, this is a longer route, than the quicker route M50/A449 to Newport.

Attention to detail from the 1st foot on the coach at the start of holiday to the last step off the coach at the end of holiday ,everyone makes it a wonderful holiday whatever hotel . My soul feels soothed.

Good value holidays. Nice hotels with a good choice of food. The coach drivers are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, especially Tracey.
It would be nice to vary where the coaches visit on the day trips.

Accommodation room needs attention damp around window food poor outing one shopping centre to another mic not working on coach and trips cancelled Have been five times before trays on back seats dirty wil not be going again

The inversnaid Hotel is very isolated so be prepared for a long time on coach, the best trip to Falkirk Wheel other wise to much time on coach and nothing else.

Hoilday was perfect my room had a beautiful view. Hotel and travel was perfect.
