I have not received my parcel and Evri has contacted me saying it went missing. I’ve tried contacting Lola Rae twice, but I haven’t received a response. I’ve read many negative reviews about missing parcels and refunds not being issued, so I should have listened to those reviews!

Hi Katrina, We have replied to your emails but had no response - Just to clarify your parcel was delivered to your local Evri parcel shop as requested 😊 We have the full tracking and proof of delivery, but haven’t included it here to protect your privacy. Had really high hopes for this brand but really disappointed :(
I saw an outfit on someone else I absolutely loved for my holiday. I ordered the trousers only by accident not realising I hadn’t added both top & trousers so quickly ordered the top on next day delivery a few days later when I noticed. The top arrived asap but my trousers are still not here and I go away in a few days. It says 3-5 working days to come but it’s now been over 2 weeks and it hasn’t even been dispatched. Been trying to contact the company via email, contact form and social media and absolutely no one is responding to me. Really sad as this would have been such a lovely set for my trip & now I’ll probably have to take it further to get my money back.
