I bought a gorgeous linen set. When it came not only was there speedy delivery, the package was neatly folded so the linen didn't look scruffy! Was perfect for my holiday, and fitted me perfectly. 🤍🤍

I ordered 4 co ords but I only received one, however after contacting the company they were super helpful and apologised for the inconvenience and sent out the other 3 with next day delivery 🤍

This companies whole returns policy needs an overhaul! After 5 emails trying to contact them regarding a faulty item I finally got a return address and was able to send back the faulty item. To my shock I received a partial refund! They have not covered any of my postage or return postage costs which came to nearly £11! Of which they actually have a legal obligation to cover and now I find myself yet again sending email after email with no response!

3rd time ordering.. quality is 10/10

I had seen Lola Rae on Instagram and had loved all their stuff but was unsure as to whether to purchase so checked the reviews which also weren't the best - i messaged directly to advise of my concerns and the girls replied straight away to reassure me - even helped me with sizing! My order was sent immediately, was packaged well and the items i ordered were all perfect - lovely quality and fitted nicely too! I would definitely order from them again and so not sure why there are so many negative reviews - TRUST MY REVIEW!! It's a lovely co and great clothing.

This website is a scam. The company sent me an item which I hadn't even opened prior to returning, they have now emailed to state the item is stained and doesn't have tags therefore un-refundable. Avoid at all costs!

I have had the same problem as the review here - they are accusing me of the clothing smelling of perfume, which is not the case, as I never wore the item. Please don’t buy from this company it is a scam!

Ordered a set on the 6th Sep for next day delivery it’s now the 12th Sep and it’s just come today.
Paid £5.50 for the NDD and have asked for this money back at least with no response.
The clothes aren’t all that for the pricing and the customer service team is terrible.
I would avoid, as this happened the last time too.

Customer services for this company is beyond terrible, extremely slow to respond. The clothes are poorly made and do not resemble what is on their website. I returned the item but they minuses delivery costs - there is no mention of this in their refund policy. I also had to pay to return the item using a tracked signed for service which cost me an additional 9.95. My advice for others would be to not purchase from this company, there are brands that have similar items and provide good service if not excellent service. Scamming customers should not be the way and all brands are built on providing excellent service and products for their customers and excellent customer service. Sadly this brand fails at everything and just wants a quick buck and for the price of the items you would expect more. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND IF I COULD GIVE MINUS STARS I WOULD

Avoid this company at all costs. They won’t let you return there rubbish quality items for a refund. They will tell you the item smells and is not re sellable. Absolute fraudulent scammers who are using morally wrong and damaging reasons to not accept your return and keep your money. I will not be letting this go and I will be taking it further.
