Delivery takes literally AGES, returning too difficult
UPDATE: The estee lauder foundation arrived without proper sealing (no plastic sealing on it), so it may have already been opened by someone else. I initiated the return process, but it was made so difficult, they try to make you give up on it. The return site doesn't work. You write your order number, and guess what? It doesn't exist. I probably will file a complaint at Dubai Consumer Protection. One of the ordered items still didn't arrive and no news about it.
Delivery takes literally AGES. I ordered 7 days ago, and they said it would be delivered today. You also have to pay taxes and duties above the amount you have already paid. Two items from my order are still stuck in limbo; they can't even estimate when they will be delivered. I wrote them to cancel at least those products from my order that have no estimated delivery time and are in "order_placed" and "processing" status. They wrote me back that those products have been dispatched. Which was a lie, because I could cancel one of them without any problem (they have a "cancel my order" tab on their site). These ridiculously long delivery times are especially ridiculous in Dubai, where literally everything you order from anywhere arrives in a couple of days. Will never be ordering from here.

I wouldn’t even rate this company a one star. Products are way more expensive than recommended retail price. When you attempt to return the item, they send you a label, it is not prepaid label, in my case asking me to return item using a carrier of my choice with address marked at DWC airport in Dubai 45 mins to hour out of downtown Dubai. Terrible refund process and overpriced goods. I received a delayed delivery notification on my order, my item was then sitting on my doorstep for many days as it arrived after I went on holiday so of zero use too. Whilst on holiday in London I bought 2 of the same products for the same price of one product they are selling online, showing you just how inflated the prices are by this company as well as the terrible delivery updates and returns process. Please avoid buying from this company, it’s not worth the cost and hassle.

I placed an order on LookFantastic…
I placed an order on LookFantastic Arabia (Order #710437503, dated 01/11/25) and had a terrible experience. After checkout, I was unexpectedly surprised to see the delivery delay an additional delivery fee, and when I tried to contact customer service, the listed number (+44 161 813 1481) didn’t work at all.
I also tried to reach them through the website Message Centre and Instagram, but no one replied properly. It’s really disappointing — a well-known brand should have working customer support and clear communication for UAE customers.
I’m still waiting for a response regarding my order cancellation and refund o. Please fix your customer service and provide a proper local contact number.

Pretty quick and easy
Pretty quick and easy, great products and fantastic delivery speed. I just don’t like when I have to do more than click Apple Pay. I have to either make an account or enter an email to continue as guest, whereas the point of Apple Pay is I should be able to add my products and click Apple Pay.

UAE residents expect extreme delay as it takes more than 15 days to receive the items. They claim to be based in the UAE, but this is not true. As a result, when you order, they will charge you import taxes. Furthermore, they may advertise “free delivery,” but their local courier partner will actually charge you the a delivery fee to receive the item. Don't waste your money on this platform, there are better local websites that are worth your money.
