I don't have enough time to talk about the disappointment. No wonder the company seems to be in financial ruins. Don't waste your time, hire your pet or use AI - it is essentially what they try to do (poorly at best)

Heather Price contacted me for my kickoff call concerning my divorce, and was extremely kind and patient while discussing the details of it.

I know that I'm mostly using AI with this, but it is making this process really streamlined and easy. I work full time and I'm mostly unavailable, so the way they have this set up is really working for me. I was able to upload all of my documents with my phone. I don't have a laptop. I hardly have email. And yet this is all been very easy.

Caleb has been excellent to work with and has been very responsive throughout the process. Legal matters can be extremely stressful, and receiving prompt communication and support made me feel much more confident as my case moved forward. I truly appreciated his professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to address my questions in a timely manner.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Marble Law. I paid for legal services, but no actual legal work was completed. I was then quoted around $7,000 for additional services, which I decided not to proceed with. Given that what I paid for originally they couldn’t do. I have a recorded call with the lawyer her self even saying “ you can get a full refund from marble given that I didn’t do no work and they didn’t either or you can proceed with the additional services I’m telling you about . “
Since no work was done, I requested a full refund. Marble Law only refunded part of what I paid and has refused to explain what the remaining amount was charged for or provide an itemized breakdown.
I have kept my emails, documentation, and recordings of my conversations, including the attorney acknowledging that no work had been done.
Please read the reviews carefully before using Marble Law. I had read reviews from google from the actual place Marble its self that had a 1.9 rating and I should’ve listened to those reviews. Since it was cheaper I took this route and now they want to charge for work that wasn’t done. Please read the reviews carefully this place ends up charging more than a lawyer would even charge. This was my experience, and I am extremely disappointed with how my refund was handled. I’m still disputing. And they still don’t want to give me my full refund just part of it. They can’t even provide me with what was supposedly charged. Please record your calls with them as well and the attorneys. Marble is just a 3rd party and will try to convince you to proceed with them because it’s “ supposedly cheaper” when it’s really not.

The women one the phone was kind there was warmth in jer voice,she helped put my anxiety at ease. I was overwhelmed before speaking to her and she helped me understand the first steps. I forgot her name but she was wonderful.

Finding a divorce lawyer, was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. I was very frustrated with the searches, I did that 1st month. I had to take a couple months off to recover. When I started again in June, I was blessed to find Marble Law. They have made it easy for me. Being a Disble Veteran, the payment plan really helps!!!

Poor legal and customer service. The lawyer did not care about your case and did not response to emails. They said lots of great things in the first call but never work on my case. I put in a termination request and they purposely delay processing and kept charging fees. Worse law firm ever, please get away from it to avoid loosing tons of money while nothing is done on your case.

I am beyond grateful for the help I received from Marble Law and my attorney, Mark Bosworth. From the beginning, I was extremely stressed and afraid about my custody case, but Mark took the time to review everything, explain the process, and prepare the proper response and Motion to Dismiss. Today, the court denied the other party’s motion, and I finally feel like I can breathe again.

Very patient and well informed

The biggest waste of money and time, they go against everything they have on there hime page of there web page. It has been nothing more then lies and mistakes all to get money. Communicate is poor, they have not done anything they said they were going to and now i have to find a new lawyer and im out the over $4000.00 paid
