Ordered 2 masks 2 weeks ago, no update since the order received email. Their contact form does not work either, I have spend £20 and would like a refund but how can I if I can't contact them?

Well made and efficient delivery!
As advertised. Bought L-size - should probably have bought M (my own fault) so will give them to someone with bigger face. However they look really well made and delivery was very efficient. Liz (Belfast)

So pleased.
Absolutely life changing. Having tried many masks and having to wear masks on my daily commute, I had given up hope of ever finding a stylish mask which was comfortable and moreover kept dry. A pleasure to wear. Thank you so much. Kathryn

Excellent fit
Excellent fit, and well made. Easily washed and does the job intended properly. It's never a pleasure to wear any mask, but at least I believe that this one offers the right protection and I'm happy to wear it as/when needed

Great masks and speedy delivery
Great masks and speedy delivery. I find these masks much more comfortable to wear as the hold themselves off the mouth because of the shape. Great product and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Ear straps are to short and pull ears forward
Mask is good. However the elastic straps are cheap elastic and are quite short so pull ears forward. Quite disappointed
