My vehicle is a 2026 and the 1st card did not work. Sam looked into it a found out there was a different card and got the right card to me

As advertised, for the price.

Product was as advertised and corrected my GPS issue. Also fixed the issue of the infotainment system constantly resetting.

I ordered the wrong SD card The return process was so much easier than I expected. I e-mailed them a couple of times and they responded promptly and provided clear instructions on how to return the SD card I purchased in error and they processed my refund quickly. I highly recommend them!

I didn't work at all not compatible with the radio I guess would never come on the screen

Wrong size. Didn't work with adapter.

Ordering process was easy of course,. But The product didnt work and customer service refused to provide support. In this time, this company does not have a phone number to call for support. The 1800 phone listed was a non working phone. You'd hope for people to send you email to get support.

I would think 100 times before buying from this site.

This Navigation SD Card has been working great. It was easy to install and provides accurate navigation information and I saved a lot of money by not buying one through the car dealer. All good!

Great product value. Shipping was a bit wonky, but it finally got here.

I tried two different cards from MazNav and nether one worked. I am getting my money back, but I am out $17 on return postage.

My Rogue could not recognize SD card. After attempts to get it to work, refund process was quick and easy.

Card came promptly. Much better deal than having the dealership install a navigation card.

I ordered the updated navigation card for my 2023 CX5 and it works much better than the previous one.

All were kind and helpful even though my car would not accept the chip. The return procedure was a little tedious and it cost me $10 to send the chip back but I got a full return.

ordered 13 days ago and still haven't received. perhaps they should use a new shipper.

Chip was easy to install, clear directions and worked perfectly.

The company was very good to deal with, I received my nav card promptly, however, I thought that since it was an actual Mazda SD card and not an aftermarket card that I would be able to update the maps, however even though I bought a certified used Mazda and now had a Mazda SD card, I was not able to update, the card was not recognized on the Mazda toolbox.
