Owen Judd is brilliant!
Owen Judd.... where do I even start with how great this bloke is and how much of an asset he is to Metro PM. As a fellow property manager myself, having Owen manage my home development has been a breathe of fresh after, after we had to sack off the old managing agent, and I cannot thank him enough for how responsive, informative and helpful he has been since taking over. Thank you again Owen!

Great service from Metro-pm
I have been liaising Owen Judd at Metro-pm dealing with leasehold enquiries for my client on a sale. I found him to be extremely efficient, prompt and professional. All my enquiries have been dealt with in detail by return. Owen was amazing.

Incompetent!
This company should be shut down!
Have arranged for work costing £1,000s, but have accepted the advice of a builder instead of actually examining the issue themselves.
Still not received annual accounts for last year, well dodgy!
Work/repairs, reported over 2 yrs ago, still not addressed!
We have formed a tenants committee and were just about to serve them notice and self manage (you can do this if 50+% of owners agree), but 3 out of the 6 apartments have decided to sell to get away from the ongoing issues! But this raises another issue...they are holding up the sales as the solicitors are still waiting for them to send the sales packs.
We had no choice with this company being appointed. It's a shame the landowner did investigate before awarding the contract to them!!

I have to say Melanie Judd, Customer Service and Integration Manager, was so helpful she worked hard to resolve issues I had with a neighbour. Melanie was professional and focused until she got the issue sorted. I can't thank her enough.
17th July garage-door reoair
1th July. I found my garage door was jammed so I couldn't get my car out - disaster. Melanie Judd at Metro arranged for a contractor to visit within an hour. He diagnosed the problem and told me that his workman would be there in a couple of hours. He arrived and 4 hours after I reported the problem all was resolved.
I am always satisfied
Anytime I have issues and I call in there is one amazing lady so professional to the highest standards her name is Melanie Judd, this lady will do all she possibly can to make sure she put a smile on my face by assisting me with my challenges I am a new tenant who just occupied a studio apartment in Flat 4 23 Clarke Road Northampton. And my name is Daniel.

Reluctant and Unwilling to Fix Problems
My flat has had a bathroom leak for over a year. The extractor fan is on the ceiling directly about the toilet and rain water comes through. It took months of pestering to get anyone out, for them to incorrectly diagnose the issue and make it worse. Months pass again and they finally put up scaffolding, a solution was put in that lasted a month and now it's worse than ever. My landlord can't get a straight answer and is constantly passed from contact to contact.
Reliable Service and a Fantastic Maintenance Team
I’ve had a great experience with MetroPM they’re professional, reliable, and always communicate clearly. The maintenance team has been especially impressive; every time I’ve reported an issue, they’ve responded quickly and sorted it out efficiently with regular updates along the way. It’s reassuring to know that any problems are handled promptly and with care, which has made the whole process of dealing with property management so much easier and less stressful.

If I could give 0 stars it would be too generous! Metro PM do not care about maintaining any properties but all they do is chase for money and keep increasing charges. Whenever you call or email, no-one replies or they do not care about following up with issues. They will only send multiple emails for charges. The company needs to be taken to court and closed down.

The accounts team have been very helpful in helping me understand the service charge demands and how to pay them as I initialy didnt understand it. Very polite and understanding, spending the time tonlisten to my concerns to do their best to help me. Very much appreciated.

I had cause to submit a further issue after some vandalism on the estate. Within 24 hours after speaking to Melanie at Metropm, a workman turned up and measured the vandalised door. The door was completely fixed within just a few days. Thanks again Melanie for such a complete resolution and a speedy response.

Chris you have throughly examined the accounts and as a result of your diligence and hard work, you identified additional monies that we were owed. Without both your persistence and professionalism we would not be in this position.
Clearly a vast amount of time and effort has been given to this work from you it is your intention to continue to investigate to see whether more funds can be retrieved from out previous agents.
The residents of the site do not always realise just how much work goes on behind the scenes and the very positive contributions that you are making on their behalf. I spoke to a lovely lady called Melanie and she was incredibly helpful. She helped me a lot and resolved my issue nice and quickly. She was on the ball and filled me with confidence after I had spoken to her.

Melanie is an excellent ambassador for Metro PM. She is efficient and extremely organised but also manages to demonstrate empathy and commitment to property owners all at the same time. She is an absolute asset to this company. I hope that they appreciate how skilful she is at dealing with customer queries whilst positively managing relationships. 100% recommend Melanie to other Metro customers.

Our latest list of gripes:
* Mishandling of our client finds, resulting in our account being down to the tune of £50k
* £20k of arrears with our gas supplier and in the process of being disconnected (Not for the first time, I hasten to add, as lessons were not learnt when this happened in 2022).
* We have a ruptured soil pipe, which gushes on the kitchen window below (it's horrible and smells!!). This was reported over 6mths ago and still no-one has attended despite repeated reminders.
* Our Freeholder is constantly having to get involved to resolve issues, as even the Directors (Mathew & Ian) are completely uninterested.
Currently our building manager (Faraz) is AWOL and whilst George did a sterling job, our River Wall Project ended up being over 12months late.
So whilst there may well be some cracking individuals, the overall picture is one of incompetence.
