Fake company - BEWARE!

Thieves!

They never sent an order confirmation, never delivered my products, never provided a refund and ignored countless emails and WhatsApp messages over the past weeks and months.

This is a fake company, selling fake products and stealing from customers. Do not use!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent shopping experience

Excellent shopping experience! I received an authentic product, fresh stock, with expiry date far ahead. Modarak customer care even checked if I was happy with the purchase. That’s rare nowadays!

My skin is very sensitive

My skin is very sensitive, so I was scared of counterfeit creams. But modarak delivered the real deal sealed, fresh, and perfect condition. I’m sticking with them for all my skincare needs now.

I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the process was. Ordered from modarak got the real La Roche-Posay Lipikar Baume AP+M, and delivery was quicker than expected. Definitely ordering again.

Do NOT purchase. Absolutely GARBAGE experience.

Absolutely GARBAGE customer service, order was supposed to arrive on august 21st, it hasn't arrived even on 26th of august. Customer service keeps asking me details that I've already told. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MODARAK. TAKE MY WORD FOR IT.

I was worried about fake products…

I was worried about fake products online, but my Lipikar Baume AP+M from modarak is 100% authentic. The texture and results are exactly like what I used from the pharmacy. Delivery was smooth and packaging secure.

I recently purchased products from the…

I recently purchased products from the page “Modarak” and had a terrible experience. They delayed my order for many days, ignored all my messages and calls, and only sent it after I publicly commented on their page. When the package finally arrived today, it was just in a paper bag with no proper packaging, and I noticed something very suspicious they had covered “The Skin Care Library” logo with their own “Modarak” invoice. I contacted The Skin Care Library, and they confirmed this isn’t the first time Modarak has done this. I’m now unsure whether the products are even genuine. Such dishonest practices are unacceptable, and I’m sharing this to warn others please be very careful when dealing with this page.

Product Seemed Old

I bought a serum that looked like it had been sitting in storage for too long. The packaging was dusty and the texture felt off. Customer service insisted it was fine but I’m not convinced.

Not Worth the Hassle

This was my first time trying Modarak and it will be my last. They sent me the wrong shade of foundation and blamed the “warehouse mix-up.” I had to pay return shipping myself. Terrible experience.

Very Disappointed With My Order

I ordered two skincare products and one was completely different from what I bought. I emailed them and it took days to get a response. Even then, they only offered store credit instead of a refund. Not happy at all.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this brand.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. The products I received were of incredibly poor quality—sealed packaging was broken, and there was an odd, off-putting smell that made me question their authenticity. To make matters worse, the delivery was delayed, and one of the items was inexplicably cancelled without any prior notice. The most frustrating part was the customer service, which was absolutely dreadful. They were unhelpful and failed to address any of my concerns. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I have tried contacting your customer service with pictures and condition of the products . I could post pictures here if you want .
My order number is 4697 . I contacted on the what’s app as well but no reply .
So please provide with customer service email or any contact where they would reply .
I have never had such a bad customer service experience with any online retailer .

Fake korean sunscreen

I ordered Korean sunscreen from them but it turns out that the product is fake. I have compared it with the original one. I hope no more other victims like me but I feel sad for those people who never take time in checking if it's original or not and they use the product. :(( Posting this for awareness.

I received the wrong item with my…


I received the wrong item with my recent order. I had ordered PAULA’S CHOICE, but instead, I received a serum from The Ordinary. Additionally, there is a discrepancy with the invoice.
The invoice on the box shows 35 AED as the total but my order was Cash on Delivery for 120 AED. There were actually two invoices attached to the package, which added to the confusion.

The courier collected 120 AED from me, but initially claimed on WhatsApp that the total was 240 AED. I informed him that my order was only 120 AED,
I was confused about the incorrect item, the multiple invoices, and the courier not knowing the correct payment amount.
The customer service is very bad no response, it’s really my worst experience ever

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I placed an order on 11 july, but after two weeks, my package never arrived—despite being marked as delivered. I reached out via WhatsApp and email multiple times with no response.

When I finally received the items, one of the products felt cheap and smelled off—doubtful to be authentic even though Modarak claims they source directly from trusted retailers.
Customer service was nearly nonexistent. Negative reviews weren’t acknowledged or addressed in a timely fashion.

Overall, the combination of delivery failure, questionable product authenticity, and poor customer support makes me hesitant to use Modarak again or to recommend it.
