Musthef is een kleding, accessoires merk dat ondertussen niet meer weg te denken is in de modebranche. In mei 2015 kwamen twee modebewuste broers uit Valkenswaard (nl) op het idee om een eigen kleding, accessoires merk op te starten. Na hard werken, ontwerpen en produceren kwam Musthef begin 2016 op de markt met de eerste collectie handgeknoopte armbanden. Ondertussen heeft het merk Musthef zich doorontwikkeld en zijn er diverse soorten touw en kralen armbanden aan de uitgebreide collectie toegevoegd.

Producten zijn top. Mooi ook. Minder tevreden over de gang van levering. Eerst zou binnen 2 dagen geleverd worden. PostNl bevestiging mogen ontvangen. Daarna terug naar nog niet ontvangen. Twee keer gemaild maar geen enkele reactie op reden uitstel zending. Na twee weken alsnog levering in bus. Dus minpuntjes voor uitblijven communicatie, niet voor het product. Deze waren top

Goeie kwaliteit

Overzichtelijke site, makkelijk om een bestelling te plaatsen. Je wordt goed op de hoogte gehouden van de status van je bestelling en bestelling is snel geleverd. Mijn armband is van goede kwaliteit en heb al veel complimenten er over gekregen.

Amazing Product

Uber cool looking product, Really substantial feel to it. Looks exactly like it does on the website, arrived from Holland in super quick time, very nice packaging, I would definitely recommend. 5* all the way.

Jammer genoeg is er door jullie niet gereageerd op mij email. Dat ging over dat de armband die mij vriend van ze kinderen heeft gekregen te groot is. Zit nog netjes in doos. Kunnen we dat bijv. Ruilen voor kleinere maat?

Er is op 30 - 06 door ons een retourformulier naar je toe verzonden via mail.
Misschien dat deze email terecht is gekomen in de spam?
Het is geen probleem om de armband re ruilen voor een andere maat.

Ik wacht al een maand op me bestelling…

Ik wacht al een maand op me bestelling nog steeds niet binnen!!!!!! Na deze bericht krijg ik pas 4 dagen later andwoord. Ik heb jullie een bewijs gestuurd van me aankoop. Stuur ik weer een mail nu wacht ik weer 5 dagen. Gaat lekker he zo? Zijn jullie oplichters ofzo?

Absolutely disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service, no one replying to ANY of my messages. They say parcel has been shipped but there is no tracking information for over a week. Customer service is shocking!!! Awaiting a refund, however no one answers emails etc. 😡😡😡 *update* I finally received an answer - they told me that customer service was shut over the weekend hence why they hadn’t replied. Except that they didn’t reply during the week but replied on a weekend? So that didn’t make sense 🧐 finally got a refund as I opened a dispute in payal.
