Great customer care
Very nice, very helpful & very responsive. My package was supposed to be delivered by a certain date, but because of a holiday in their country, it was not. They were sure to explain the situation to me and make sure that it got to me immediately after the holiday, and it did. I truly appreciated the great customer care.

I was a bit nervous because it stated my package was delivered but wasn't I then looked at my cameras no package I contacted mychway they were very informative with tracking number phone numbers. I then contacted UPS they had my package I picked it up. and let Mychway It was in my possession. We bought 2 machines from myChway and one was faulty when it arrived. The customer service was very quick to respond and when problems couldn’t be resolved a replacement was sent out immediately. Will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

Amazing customer service!!
I worked with Amelia and she was very friendly. She kept me up to date on my order shipping. Overall great customer service! And the device I bought was just as described. It’s only been 1 day and I’ve tried it on my hubby. Can’t wait to see the results in a few weeks!

Emails were very helpful For tracking of my machine. Packaging was very nicely done. Very easily to put together. I’ve only had my machine for three days, but what I’ve used so far has worked very nicely.
