Livraison assez rapide même si un seul numéro de suivi pour 2 colis livré par 2 société à 2 journées différentes (moins pratique).

Concernant le poulailler, le montage est facile, l'ensemble robuste et pratique au quotidien.

Acheté à ce jour depuis un peu plus de 3 mois et le seul regret c'est d'avoir prit le M au lieu du L car on prendrait bien un peu plus de poules.

Nach 3 erfolglosen Versuchen, habe ich es jetzt aufgegeben ein Ersatzteil im Cent Bereich zu bekommen. Das ist wirklich bedauerlich. Bei einem so hochpreisigen Artikel sollte ein guter Service inklusive sein. Nur schöne Worte reichen nicht.

Kippenhok + 2 extra bijbehoren besteld. Volgens de website is de levertijd 5 tot 10 dagen. Na 8 dagen werd extraatje 1 bezorgd. Drie dagen later kwam extraatje 2. Maar nog steeds geen hok. Mail gestuurd. De reactie: ons product is zo populair dat de levertijd verlengd moest worden. Had dat dan even op de site gezet, wel zo handig en eerlijk. Drie dagen later kwam dan eindelijk het hok. De doos waarin het bezorgd werd direct open gemaakt. He... het zakje met daarin het kleine bevestigingsmateriaal is open. De schroefjes en boutjes zwerven door de doos. Alles verzameld en geteld. Ik kwam dus materiaal tekort. Direct een bericht via de site gestuurd en aangegeven wat ik miste en hoeveel. Gevraagd om dit ons toe te sturen. Inmiddels weer een week later. Geen enkele reactie gekregen....

Ook opvallend: op de Nederlandstalige website staat dat er een chatfunctie met de klantenservice is. Maar die bestaat niet.
Op die website staat ook een link naar het Facebook- en Instagramaccount van Nestera. Maar die werken niet.

Conclusie: product zal oké zijn, maar de organisatie is dat bepaald niet.

Meine Erfahrungen mit Nestera ist nicht die beste. Ich habe mir Ende letzen Jahres den von Nestera größten angebotenen Stall gekauft. Mit Automatischer Türe und erhöht.

Da der Stall sehr teurer ist habe ich neben einem sehr guten Stall auch super Kundensupport erwartet.

Beides war letztendlich nicht wie ich es erwartet habe.

Der Stall an sich ist okay. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Isolierung ist keine vorhanden, wie es jedoch auf der Homepage beschrieben wird. Ehr das Gegenteil ist der Fall, der Stall ist ziemlich luftig da große / ungenaue spaltmaße. Positiv ist die Standfestigkeit, die leichte Reinigung sowie das Design. Auch haben die Hühner den Stall sofort angenommen.

Zum Kundensupport kann ich nur eine positive Sache sagen: Man bekommt Rückmeldung. Das Problem ist allerdings das diese Rückmeldungen ungenau und / oder schlicht weg nicht stimmen. Zuerst wurde nur der Türöffner geliefert. Auf meine Anfrage wann denn endlich der Stall geliefert wird (der Laut Homepage verfügbar war), kamen ständig ausreden bezüglich Zulieferer Probleme.

Nach drei Monaten Nutzung ist leider meine Automatische Hühnerklappe kaputt gegangen. Mir wurde zwar direkt versichert das ich eine neuer erhalte und die alte zurücksenden kann, allerdings zieht sich das ganze nun auch schon wieder über 4 Wochen und gefühlt 100 Emails mit ständigen Ausreden das der neue Öffner noch nicht verfügbar sei.

Da habe ich mir leider mehr erhofft. Schade.

We purchased the large raised coop with additional wheels and cleaning trays, which was easily assembled and more solid than I imagined it would be. Can be moved by 1 person with wheels but is heavy enough not to blow away. Fittings are all stainless steel and plastic. Customer service very helpful pre sales questions. Hopefully will never have to buy another coop.

This is my second Green Frog coop as I wanted to increase my flock It is a great design and easy to assemble. The customer services team is great as we had some delivery issues which were swiftly resolved.

Nice and easy to construct, single handed. The birds got the hang of going in at night in just a couple of days. Easy to clean. Considering making some DIY changes to the perches so the girls have a variety of foot positions, like with a branch, rather than a uniform square section.

On the whole, I'm really happy with the finished coop - and so are my chickens! I made the switch due to an ongoing battle with red mite in my wooden coop and, so far so good!
There are a few suggestions I'd like to make re. the building instructions, however. It would be really helpful if, throughout the instructions, you add the numbers of the pieces you've described. This would save a lot of time having to check back through the list of pieces at the start to make sure you have the right bit. The first thing I did when I came to build was checked that I had every piece. That was fine. When I started putting it together, there were a couple of bits that were named differently - for example, the 'nest box roof' was called 'nest box lid' on the instructions. It may sound obvious that these are one and the same, but it would be a simple thing to name everything the same throughout (and while you're at it add the numbers of each piece in the instructions). It would just have made it that little bit easier! Also, at the end of the build, I was left with a piece - the 'Lower back wall brace' (only for large). I scoured the instructions (twice) and there was no mention of this piece whatsoever. I did work out where it went but I shouldn't have had to.
My only other gripe would be about the removable floor pieces to collect droppings. I wish I hadn't bothered spending an extra £45 as I really don't think these make life any easier and they make it a bit uncomfortable for the chickens who choose to sleep on the floor of the coop.
Overall, this is a great little coop, much better priced than others I've looked at. It looks good and is easy to clean and move around. Just one or two improvements would make it 5 stars.
