I received my order quickly and have enjoyed the product I ordered. The company was easy to deal with and will definitely order the product again.

The wait time was reasonably short and the communication between us was excellent.

The cost of the product was astronomical but I could not find this particular product anywhere in Canada.

It was a necessary item (contact lens solution) that appears to be back ordered in our country.

I drink my coffee every morning when I get to work, and let me tell you it works everytime gets you going for sure 100%.

I liked the product

I’m writing to warn people not to buy from this company. There are also bad reviews about scamming from one of the other DBA’s associated with this company. Also, even though their website is listed as ninelife I don’t find any physical listing for this business in Canada, only a registered business address in Delaware, and China, and the UK. And anyone can get a Canadian phone number. I wanted to order from this company months ago but saw some weird prices—like 535.00 for a 50lb.bag of flour. I buy a 50 lb bag of flour 3-4 times a year and I pay under 40.00. When I called them and asked why their prices were so off, they gave me some weird answer. I’ve noticed many, many bad reviews on sitejabber and when I checked this company out claims they have two offices, one in Kong Kong, and one in the UK, and they have several other DBA businesses listed in Lewes, Delaware, and just reading from one of them, I found a lengthy review that accused them of scamming their customer—just like reviews in sitejabber about ninelife.

I’ve never been this impressed with the way a delivery was handled. I never lost track of the goods till it was delivered.
Really Outstanding Service!

The price for the next care was really good and shipping was somewhat not too long

Easy to order. Fast delivery. But there was tape everywhere so it ruined thé boxes when I triied to open them. I ordered 3 boxes of tea and the package was wrap properly but when I opened the package, the 3 boxes were tape together and I had to destroy the boxes to access the tea bags. I now have 60 tea bags that no longer lives in the boxes.

Very reliable service, follow up from ordering till delivery, reliable service and very good products too.

Delivery arrived in reasonable time & the bottle was well wrapped in protective material. I like the product. My only suggestion for improvement would be to consider switching biodegradable bubble wrap or recyclable paper padding

Descriptions are accurate and safely packaged. Delivered in timely manner.

The tea is simply great. Test is amazing.
