I was very pleased with the product I purchased. The only downfall was that it took 16 days to come. Otherwise happy with the quality of this brand.

Took 17 days to get to me. I was getting worried. Needed the product for the 2 porchetta I am making for our 50th wedding anniversary party. Would have been a disaster without the herb.

I was glad to find (via Google) an on-line seller who could supply the product I needed, and found their ordering process easy to use. I was, however, put out when they gave me (after the order was placed) a delivery date five weeks away. I sent and email expressing my astonishment and disappointment, and asking if NineLife to please expedite my order. They did - it arrived after just three weeks.

Recently purchased a hard to find item on their web site. Was very pleased with the level of service I received. I got the items delivered they were well packaged and delivery was tracked. Very happy!
