Made an order, was informed out of stock and if I’d like a replacement product instead, asked for details of product as couldn’t find an ingredient list, no response to email, later emailed asking if I had made a decision on the original email, asked them to refund order as it had now been 7 days since order date, still no response by day 9, attempted to call but waiting 30+ minutes for someone to pick up phone.. I just want my money back!

Very pleased with my makeup & to be able to purchase burts bees products in UK is something I’m so grateful for. Would order again.

Easy to use and delivered in a very reasonable timeframe

Happy with speed of dispatch but packaging was inadequate and torn open on arrival in Uk.
Luckily goods still intact.

The company kept me well informed of the whereabouts of my order, the "O'lipfa Lip Edge" quilting ruler. It arrived much sooner than I expected and I am delighted with it. The service is second to none and the ruler is exactly as described, complete with a "lip" at one end. Given that it came from the USA, I was pleasantly surprised at the competitive price.

Skin issues

Smooth journey from vendor to front door, right up to the point where DHL delivered it two doors down. So not their issue.

Punctual and informative

Extremely disappointing experience with NinthAvenue.

I placed an order on 10th May believing this was a UK-based company with reasonable delivery times.

More than 14 days later, I still received:
no tracking number,
no dispatch confirmation,
no honest update,
and not even a clear answer whether the item was actually in stock.

Every time I contacted customer service, I was simply asked to “allow another 24–48 hours” or offered discount vouchers for future purchases instead of receiving proper answers. At no point did they clearly confirm stock availability or when the item would actually be shipped.

After waiting over two weeks with no progress, I requested a refund. I was then told the refund would be processed within 24 hours, yet I still had to continue chasing for updates.
The whole process felt misleading, unprofessional, and very frustrating.

Customers should not have money taken for products that may not even be available, while being repeatedly delayed with vague responses and excuses.

Product was exactly as described. KEPT IN THE LOOP AT ALL TIMES WITH THE DELIVERY.

There was trouble making the delivery (all the way from the USA) and the lady who wrote to me about it couldn't have been nicer! She took a lot of trouble over a week or more to sort it all out (in the end we discovered that a crucial part of my address had got ommitted from my order, and they didn't realise because UK addresses work differently to US addresses.) She re delivered my order and wouldn't even take additional postage from me, despite that it was all my fault for uploading my address incorrectly (I have a new phone -S26- its lovely!- so it didn't pre populate the fields as it would normally do). I would definitely use them again.

Good quality product at a very reasonable price, though a blonde, shoulder length, layered bob with a full fringe would have been my ideal choice, so if that could very added to a future product range, I'd definitely purchase from this seller again!

I usually buy this particular wig from Amazon UK but it is no longer available on their website. I had my doubts at first buying from the US, but you have proved me wrong. It is a genuine wig and it was delivered at the date you quoted. I am very happy and will continue to buy from yourselves. Excellent service.
