Very pleased to find this product after not being able to get it for a while. Delivery time was longer than I thought but well packaged on arrival.

Lovely product, arrived promptly!

My purchase never arrived, I reported this and it was put through to the correct department or so I was told, I was promised an email within twenty four hours heard nothing. It is now over a month and I have nothing to show for spending Sixty pounds. Total Scam Company do not purchase from them .

I was surprised to learn that NinthAvenue United Kingdom actually posts from New York!!! That being said, the item arrived quicker and in better condition than most UK companies. Four stars because the sustainability aspect is not ideal shipping across the pond.

Love Ninth Avenue. Shipped on time, arrived on time. Good communication. Amazing collection of diverse mannequin heads - the only website I found which had a mannequin head which looked Indian (important for my inner child! And clients who are Indian)

They are scammers. Be mindful and do not order from them on oils. I will get the real TPH oil from America instead. Thankfully, the bank refunded me and I have them blocked now.

Arrived on time, always a quality product.

Great hair extensions and feel really comfortable in.. the length is perfect, I wore 3 pieces yesterday for work just to see what they would look and feel like..colour is vibrant and awesome combined together..

This website is really bad customer service I had really bad experience with this people. They don’t answer phone and they don’t answer email. I tried to return item and they say to me you need to send it back to America.
And also, they say to me, we’re gonna refund your money and they haven’t yet is almost 2 months

I placed an order bank in mid of March, order a glycerine, nothing turned up and the seller is unattainable. Terrible seller, they dont care about the buyer. Today is 7th of April and I still have not received the order.

The item was well packed and arrived on time. It was expensive but an imported item and difficult to source.

The best product on the market. I can’t get it in the U.K. and nothing here comes close. I have very curly hair/ frizzy hair and this product takes the beast like no other.

I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to buy cosmetic products from outside the UK. The product I bought came from the US. It is the 2nd time I have ordered through them and everything went smoothly.
