It took 14 days for package to arrive, confirmation emails and tracking details sent almost immediately. Despite some poor reviews my experience was good.

I searched for my product on line because the previous supplier was no longer trading. Their web page advertised the item with same item number ending in 004. I used the contact page on line to confirm the price was for 4 boxes which was confirmed. Only 1 was received. After several unanswered emails plus numerous phone calls promising a call back which did not happen I now realise too late that other reviewers are correct. BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE.

Good communication and excellent product

When I order they send me comfremati and tracking numbers and when they shipped it they send me another text to tell me when it gets here there was some money to pay for someone thing I try to pay on line I found t difficult to do it because I am new for computer so they send me the parcel anyway without me paying for it they shouldn't ask me to pay for anything anyway because I paid for everything when I ordered but it didn't bother me to pay again but I didn't they let me off and when I got the parcel it was packed properly so it was all good

I find buying my Brushpicks extremely easy to buy on line, I have been doing so for years now. My friend introduced me to them & I thought them perfect, a thorough clean & discreet to use. I buy them in multipacks as they have proved so popular on dinners & lunches I leave the case out to share.

Good product for skincare. The communication from the company was also good. Delivery was a little slow but then the package did need to travel to the UK and the delivery costs were not too high. I would order again.

Absolutely fuming!… this is a scam of a website..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!…. The contact numbers are unavailable and the HQ address given on their website is fictitious!!.. ..
My product was supposedly unavailable…I was sent an email offering an alternative product I declined..
Apparently, this is an Indian company with accomplices working in the UK and the USA…
I am going to report this company to Google and have it investigated..
So be warned… DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE..

This website is a complete scam. This very elaborate scam means there is no recourse to a refund because it seems that Evri (the delivery company) is involved in the scam. When my order was first ‘shipped’ I received shipping confirmation but there was way to track the package when I clicked on the link in the email and it was a delivery company I had never heard of. This link conveniently no longer works. The next thing that happened was that I received an email from the company on Saturday night saying there had been several attempts to deliver my parcel and they had contacted me multiple times (there hadn’t and they didn’t). They added Evri tracking to the email and when I clicked on this it was legitimate tracking with proof of delivery in the form of a picture. It was not me in the picture or any of my neighbours and the location was clearly nowhere near my address. When I contacted customer service they gave me many excuses and invented an elaborate story including that the package was delivered by DHL and then by Evri for the ‘last mile’. They have confirmed that they are going to confirm with the delivery partner that the package was indeed not received but Evri tracking shows that it was received which is part of the scam. I have never dealt with a company that doesn’t offer a refund when a parcel wasn’t received. Please please don’t buy from this company. They are sophisticated scammers who will ensure you will never get your money back. DO NOT BUY

If I could give the 0 zero star I would be . This company it really sucks and even their customer service is disappointing so much after waiting long time for my order when I ask them to give me information about my order one time they said it’s been processed and it’s coming to you 2 days later but after 2 days another person said we currently out of stock and they even talk properly. It was so disappointing
