After years of being paranoid about a choking episode involving me or a family member, I have finally found a device that I’m certain any of us could use in that type of panic situation - even if we were alone. It’s a quality product that works as advertised - powerful, quick and easy. In addition, the Novacare customer service, Felice in particular, is excellent. Finally, I have peace of mind knowing that this device is at the ready if needed, as I can’t imagine a more helpless feeling than being unable to aid either myself or a loved one using the traditional Heimlich maneuver. I’m gifting one to each of my adult children. Thanks so much for this product!

At the age of 3 my grandson died in his dad’s arms as he did everything possible to save him from chocking. He would be 21 this year, this tragedy has been a valuable lesson for our family to be prepared for the moment you pray never happens again. I purchased the first device ever sold on the market and realized it is insufficient compared to your product. Felice has made my experience memorable as she helped me understand one review could help another family be aware and prepared. I pray that no one experiences the loss of a loved one like mine. Don’t be afraid to ask for Help like Felice did for me. I appreciate this product and know this chocking device can save a life.

I got a little concerned when I hadn’t received my order within a couple weeks. The company rep was very responsive. Answered my email immediately, checked on my order, and assured me it was on its way.

When the device came in, the instructions were not super user-friendly. I sent an email to the Novacare team, in immediately got a response. She sent me step-by-step instructions that were so amazing! She was super responsive and even sent a follow up email to check in to make sure everything was going OK. I wanted to make sure I knew how to use the device before an emergency and was struggling to understand the instructions that were sent the instructions that were emailed to me were amazing and their customer service is top-notch. They will do anything to make sure you are satisfied and understanding of the device.

We ordered 2 NovoCare Anti Choking devices on August 25, 2026 and we received them on time, within a week.
Once we read the instructions it became clear that it is a user friendly device, which is critical for a life saving action when it is easy to panic.
The purchase of the device is well worth the investment even if we NEVER use it; I sure hope we never use it.
I saved the life of 2 close friends when I applied the Heimlich Maneuver to them. It was a great feeling of being able to help in time of need. When urgency is needed we are surprised at how much a few seconds (yes, seconds not minutes) become valuable. I will gladly share NovoCare’s Anti Choking device benefits with our family (we have 3 children and 8 grandchildren). We bought 4 devices and one device is in our dining room and a second is in our car.
When I contacted NovoCare’s US customer service team to address an issue with our order, I used the telephone to contact them but my advice is to send the team an e-mail to get a faster response. My interaction with the customer service team left me impressed by its honesty, wise rationale, and experienced leadership. The issue was resolved in no time and it built trust between us and achieved our interest in supporting small businesses.

Took awhile to get it here, but it was worth the wait. Customer service kept in touch with me , apologizing for the delays, and sent another one to me. I received the original order , and they insisted that I keep the replacement order , due to the shipping delays.

Talking with Felice about issue was great She answered me n explained how to do everything properly She was great

I'm a former paramedic who purchased this product to replace a first-generation device designed to do the same thing. After comparing this choking rescue device to the older one, it was clear that there is NO comparison. This device is easier to hold and much easier to use.
This just might be the best product we hope we never have to use!

Ordering the choking rescue devices I wanted was easy on the website after I finished my research. I chose NovaCare because I wanted a device that I could use on myself if I choked and NovaCare had the only one that met my needs.

After my purchase, I had a couple of questions so I emailed. I got a complete and detailed response in less than 24 hours. The customer service rep that helped me is Nicole and she was wonderful and so helpful. NovaCare customer service is fantastic. Thank you!

This seems to be a very well made product. I hope I never have to use it, but there is an amount of relief knowing I have it and it’s ready to use. I am a widow living alone in a very remote location. Emergency help is too far away, so I am glad to have found this product.

Excellent customer service with a small issue at the start but all fine now.
I haven’t had the need to use it yet thank goodness but it gives me tremendous peace of mind to know in case of choking I live alone I have something to fix it.

The suction was quite impressive, and the fact that I wouldn't need assistance from somebody else to use it in case of an emergency, was a key factor in my purchasing your device. This product should be a "must have" in your home. Time is critical, and to have something like this handy in case if an emergency, gives ne peace of mind.
