Sizing is small. I ordered the biggest sizes I could and they were too small. And all they offer is exchange - that doesn’t work because nothing fits! Refused refund completely. Will never recommend.

I ordered a set from one empire from a recommendation from a friend. I received my set and on closer inspection they’ve cut off a shein tag and sewed on their own tag. I went on shein and found the exact set I got from one empire. I assume they just order a bunch off shein and choose the ones with good enough quality to pass as an independent design?

I like the designs, they are sexy and alluring. The fit however runs small and the quality is made for smaller chested women. Being a larger chest size, the straps are too thin and there is not enough support for my ladies. I've returned and changed things for pjs and other things - so not fussed, just not for me.

I placed an order for a babydoll and pjs in my usual size however when I recieved them, they did not fit. Sizing is so inaccurate, the cups on the babydoll were literally tiny and cover nothing, and the pj shorts were tiny. I processed my exchange online on the 1st of October and shipped it back to them a day later but I am still waiting for my exchange let alone any sort of communication of when it will arrive despite the amount of emails I have sent asking. Honestly at this point I just want my money back, definitely won’t purchase from them again, prefer to continue buying my lingerie through Lounge.

Send you cheap quality lingerie nothing like the photo so I contacted them to return it, after they have it back they say it doesn't fit in with their "returns policy" as this one wasn't damaged like the others that arrived and will now refuse to give my money back when they have the product. My emails have been ignored for weeks on end. You would get better quality on Shein. Scam.

For the price I wasn't expecting great quality or fit, especially because i couldnt choose a cup size and i tend to need larger bottoms and a smaller top, but omg the set was so soft and comfortable for lace and fit my shape really well. It also came with suspenders, stockings and a cute bag to keep it all stored together - which I wasn't expecting. Add in the great communication and fast delivery (and price). I'll definitely be back for more!
