Poor customer service
Placed an order then after the fact was told no stock was available. Suggestions were made of other in stock items but none were similar.
I requested a refund and was originally told no, but upon further insistence I was given my refund

My fave lingerie
Easy website to use, beautiful products, reasonably priced. Delivery was quick and they fit perfectly, and the quality is lovely.

Don't waste your time.
Horrible service, paid for express 5 day shipping, 18 days later they have no idea where my package is. After endless automated responces from One Empire I finally dealt with a Customer service representative who was as skillful as a politician in avoiding refund questions.
Save yours sanity buy elsewhere.

Cannot fault the customer service here! Bridgette reached out to me about a problem without me having to chase it up and replies to emails were within the same day. I've bought multiple pieces on a few occasions now and they are great quality and true to size!

Great Customer Service
I ordered the 4 set bundle and unfortunately one of the sets ran a considerable amount smaller then the other sets ordered. Bridget was amazing and patient with me, organised a return and assisted with everything in a prompt and professional manner. Nothing was too difficult. Thanks Bridget!!!
