Altijd goed mooie natuurlijke kleurlenzen met sterkte.

Ordinate lenti un mese e mezzo fa.mai consegnate dal corriere,ritornate indietro e ferme da un mese nella sede Gls.
Spero almeno di riavere il mio rimborso,ma se posso darvi un consiglio….

Azienda, per quanto mi riguarda, seria sia per quel che concerne il prodotto sia riguardo l'assistenza al cliente dalla convalida dell'ordine, alla consegna.
Tutto preciso.
Per quanto riguarda le lenti a contatto, si tratta per me di un primo acquisto, ho scelto le colorate mensili. Assolutamente idonee al mio tipo di occhio che è facilmente irritabile e con scarsa lacrimazione, queste lenti sono gradevoli e danno una sensazione di comfort, che è piuttosto rara, una volta indossate.
Riesco a portarle per parecchie ore senza che sopraggiungano pruriti, bruciori, rossori e senso di corpo estraneo nell'occhio. Nulla di tutto ciò.
Molto gradito l'omaggio che mi hanno inviato, si tratta di una piccola borsa da viaggio molto pratica e carina.
Unico neo, se proprio devo trovarne uno, è la gamma di colori per quanto riguarda gli occhi nocciola, ho comprato le Hazel, carine seppure hanno una colorazione che vira un po' al colore troppo caldo sulla mia iride, se, in un prossimo futuro, introducessero altre tonalità di marrone mi piacerebbe moltissimo, ad ogni modo quelle acquistate sono belle.

Experiencia nefasta, pedí una lentillas el día 9 de febrero para carnavales, las cuales ponen en su página web que tardan entre 1 -3 días, a día 18 no se sabe nada de las lentillas, después de mandarles un correo diciéndole que evidentemente ya no las quería, me dicen que se perdieron por el almacén y que disculpe.. en fin.. nefasto. Estoy esperando por mi devolución la cual si no se reembolsa procederé a poner una demanda.

Excellent customer service with prompt and professional as well as empathetic responses. My delivery went missing over the Xmas/ festive period and a goodwill gesture was only an email away. Karin dealt with my case exclusively which is a nice touch instead of me continually repeating myself. This company definitely has my patronage as the products are such high quality as well.

First of all I am happy with the contact lenses I ordered and the great deal. 1+1 free. Unfortunately I didn’t know you had to add two to your basket in order to get one free at the checkout. So I received only one. I then emailed the customer service and they understood and because it was my first time ordering, they sent another pair for free and quite fast as well! Also in another colour, like I asked. So great customer service, thank you!

Leider entspricht die Farbe der Kontaktlinsen überhaupt nicht den Produktfotos.
Der auf der Website dargestellte Grünton wirkt natürlich und dezent, während die tatsächlich gelieferten Kontaktlinsen eine sehr grelle und unnatürliche grüne Farbe haben.

Diese starke Abweichung ist erst im getragenen Zustand sichtbar, weshalb ich ein Paar öffnen musste, um die Farbe zu überprüfen. Genau dadurch wurde deutlich, dass das Produkt nicht der Darstellung entspricht.

Ich finde die Farbdarstellung auf der Website irreführend und würde zukünftigen Käuferinnen und Käufern empfehlen, dies zu berücksichtigen.

I bought two pair but something went wrong with their discount 2+2! I send them an email. Quick respond and send me the other two! The lenses I wear for years now! I am so used to them that I forget my own eye color hazel green but with True Blue I feel more confident! They look amazing, feel comfortable!

Ik heb zaterdag 08-11-2025 een bestelling geplaatst netjes betaald daarna. Maar geen bevestiging gekregen. Wel heel jammer. Nu weet ik niet of ik ze nog krijg 4 paar lenzen.
