I order lenses from them for some years, I am an old customer however the products are good but beside they got more expensive than before their delivery is very poor. It takes over a month for them to arrive and I always had problems to track them. Their customer service is non-existent or they simply ignor my requests. I kindly asked them to be delivered by a different method, they said on my last order they will take this on consideration but unfortunately they only care about the money and nothing else. I will re-consider in the future to order lenses from somewhere else. I hope this post gets approved.

I’m really happy with my Opticcolors lenses. The colors are beautiful and blend perfectly with my natural eye color, giving a very realistic look. They’re super comfortable too. I can wear them all day without any dryness or irritation.

Lenzen besteld maar was vergeten de actie aan te klikken, na een mailtje te hebben gestuurd kreeg ik zeer snel bericht terug en "mijn" fout gingen zij herstellen dus kort samengevat ik maakte een fout maar kreeg toch de actieprijs nog van hun.
Ben zeer tevreden en werd zeer vriendelijk geholpen.....nogmaals bedankt Karin en team.

Estoy alucinada con la calidad de las lentillas, la confortabilidad, servicio y calidad. Sin duda, tengo claro que seguiré comprando a esta empresa. Estoy muy contenta de haberlos encontrado. Mis ojos son muy importantes y después de muchos años, es una suerte haber dado con Opticcolors.

I ordered a couple of colored lenses and i have to say that they work pretty well! Also they last way longer than other normal contact lenses that i use.
Last lenses that i ordered where not good though. So i contacted the customer service, explained the situation but they handeled it very quickly and sent me new lenses with an extra lens box for goodwill. So yes, trustworthy company with good lenses and good customer service.☺️👍🏻

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Bestellung bei Opticcolors. Die Farblinsen sind angenehm beim tragen, sehen natürlich aus und die Lieferung war schnell. Der Kundenservice ist ebenfalls freundlich und reagiert zügig. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Super mooie lenzen

i looked completely different! my friends were amazed. it has a beautifull effect, they are nice and comfotable. only bad part: at the end of the day i srarted to see blurry, and it was time to put them out

Lieferung war zwar nicht in den versprochenen 24-48 Stunden aber die Linsen sind der Hammer. Meine Iris ist fast schwarze und die Farbe Aqua sieht man sehr intensiv und trotzdem sieht es natürlich aus. Super Tragegefühl.

Al meerdere malen bij Opticcolors besteld en altijd tevreden geweest. Snelle levering en de lenzen zelf altijd comfortabel en mooi!

Bij mijn recente bestelling zat helaas een defecte lens, kan gebeuren. Ik nam contact op en alles is binnen no time opgelost. Heel erg tevreden
