Never received it, dpd put it in a bin on bin day! Still waiting for coms back from you.
UPDATE: received coms from OTIC and they basically told me to do one and claim on my house insurance. absolutely disgusting and rude customer service with emails to prove. PayPal dispute opened as they would not do anything and basically told me "unlucky" AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Hi Kyle - We asked you to provide some evidence the item was taken from your home. Which you flatly refused. The DPD tracking stated you received the item. Until we get the verification the item was indeed not delivered we cannot provide you with the replacement or refund.
UPDATE - Paypal have now closed the dispute in our favour - Customer has still not shown proof of item being taken/not delivered as requested
Great price and speedy delivery.

Bought a cassette player from these guys. Yup does what it says on the box. And delivery was quick and when opening their tamper proof sealed envelope it got a bit dusty in here. But yeah time to find a cassette now.

Fairly good service
Delivery was a little slow and the box was a tiny bit damaged (as it was essentially just placed in a big envelope) but it’s all good otherwise.

A Mighty Fine Company to Deal With
This is my second dealing with OTIC and I can’t fault them on communication, price or delivery.
Where else do you get the personal touch from one of the co-owners (maybe he doesn’t much to do)?
My latest purchase was not on their website, but my query was answered promptly and the unit sought.

Ordered the Shanling ET3 CD transport
Ordered the Shanling ET3 CD transport, OTIC have been brilliant as they kept me up to date on my order and when I changed my mind about which colour I wanted, they replied to my emails very promptly and helped me change my order. I then quickly received the order and could not be happier with the product in first couple of days of use. Recommend OTIC highly.
