After purchasing 3 tickets on one Delta a rep called me and told me that the airline only has 2 tickets so they “booked” me for a new flight leaving the following day with Southwest. SNAG #1
Everything seemed fine was able to check in and get boarding passes until getting through TSA until my boarding pass was declined because of the wrong DOB. I confirmed with PCM all 3 DOB and they’re correct so apparently PCM keyed it in wrong. Got it corrected at the ticket booth. SNAG #2
Get all 3 boarding passes, and on line to board and none of our boarding passes work. Found out that I didn’t have a reserved after all! SNAG #3

Now we have to sit at the airport and wait for a new reservation, and a new flight time.

I tried to call Delta Airlines using a number I found on Google, but my call was intercepted by a man claiming to be "Alan Chases," with Delta Airlines. That was a lie.

I booked a flight to Nairobi, Kenya, and was charged $2,196.81. After realizing something felt off, with the email confirmation I had received from reservations@PCMtravels., and not the intended company-- Delta Air. I told them I wanted to cancel the flight and this where I realized I had been scammed. during the first phone call, I was told, I could not cancel the reservation. I hung up and call back a second time and again, I was told I could not cancel the reservation. This was all within a two-hour timeframe; I hung up and called a third time and this time I was told I could can the flight and I would be refunded $1,436.61 however, the amount of $760.20 —was a non-refundable “agent fee.” All of this happened within 2 hours of booking.

This is a scam company posing as airlines. They send fake confirmations and use emails and numbers like:

It was easy to contact the department necessary to answer my questions. Thiago, the person I spoke with was very helpful. He answered all my questions and gave me the information I needed to know.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I got my first ticket but they never gave me my return. When I called the airline directly they gave me the email address that the company used and it wasn't even close. My email is Yahoo. The email they gave the airline is Gmail. Isthat where they sent my tickets??? Rest assured I am going to contact my bank and submit fraud. I am contacting my attorney general. Scammers!!

The implied that they were Costco Travel even though they have no affiliation with Costco. They charged our credit card and have not refunded the money even after we realized that they were not Costco and asked to have our money refunded.

Be careful, it’s a SCAM. I book a ticket on flycheapestonline.com and right after the booking they call you saying to pay extra because of the taxes not included in the online price. Even after paying ,they don’t confirm the ticket and call you saying that the tickets for that particular date are not available anymore and I have to pay more to book for the alternative day. Also they don’t refund the money. All of the agent name are fake. They are scammers

They refused a refund of the refundable deposit and threatened to cancel all cruises we already had booked with the cruise line with a separate travel agency if we did a charge back with our credit card. When I called back, I spoke to a different agent and they said that they would transfer me to the department that could give me a refund and they disconnected my call. I’ve been hung up on many times. This company stole my credit card info and is charging fraudulent charges I did not approve. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I thought I was working with HYATT. I could never understand how they came up with the cost., and was informed it was up to.. so I thought the fee they charges would be credited against the final bill. NO that is the amount they get! So my bill at hotel was one charge and there charge was almost 70% of the total bill at the hotel!!! Who does this type of surcharge? PLEASE do not let this happen to you.

hace un dia que me estan pidiendo tarjetas para poder acreditar el pago que ya efectue de $1.600.000, pero no aparece acreditado me dicen que no tengo fondos, pero ello no es asi, realmente es una estafa, ellos dicen que son una empresa comfiable que no me preocupe, pero son unos inexpertos como minimo, no me cancelan el pago, no me cobran el vuelo, pero hasta ahora se quedan con mi dinero, tremendo...

El día de ayer hice una compra con el señor Martín, de 4 tiquetes de vuelo, después del pago el me dice que me enviarán el itinerario 4 horas antes del vuelo. Esto me sorprende y empiezo a dudar de este sitio. Empieza a llamar en el transcurso de al tarde solicitando que me envíen inmediatamente el los tiquetes, después de varias horas me envia esto, para yo estar segura de que este # de reserva existía, llame directamente a la aerolínea y ellos efectivamente me dicen que esa reserva fue cancelada. Me comunico nuevamente con estos estafadores, y hablo con en tal Supervisor Rio el dice que no me debo preocupar que me da su palabra que hoy a las 6 am yo tendría un número de reserva en mi email. Y aquí estoy con las 8:25 am y no hay nada. Ahora trato de comunicarme con ellos porque estoy solicitando el reembolso de mi dinero, USD 757.00, pero dicen que debo esperar que ellos me llamen, y hasta ahora no hay solución de nada. Mi vuelo es para hoy mismo, y ellos me engañaron. Por favor eviten comprar aquí , no caigan
