Pcm travels along with fareporto.com are runing a scam, they are selling standby tickets instead of a regular bookings. The website looks like any major travel site, they collect your personal information and payment details, once you complete payment they email you a confimation number but not an eticket. If you call the airline they have no record of it. If you call them they refuse to cancel and tell you its not refundable and that you already paid. No one pays 475 dollars for standby. Do not trust them do not use their sites.

I was scammed for $1200 because I wasnt able to check in on an AA flight ultimately to London. I was panicked - they said that Am Ex travel department got my date of birth wrong. Be careful. All I did was google the phone number and it was a scam.

Posed as agent of airline and tried to charge us twice for a flight that we had already booked. They told us that the tickets we had bought were just standby tickets and that we had to pay again for the tickets. This was a lie. They asked for my credit card number over the phone, but I refused to give it to them. I asked if there was some online portal I could use. Then he sent me a sketchy email and told me to click the link. The link would've sent an email to another "agent" saying to charge my card.

I told the person I was talking to that I was going to get back to him if I wanted to continue, then he started to get a bit aggressive with me and tried to push me to continue saying the flight might be sold out. I told him I'd take my chances and hung up.

These guys are smooth operators. Beware.

Y confronto y me dicen el vuelo no está quien me dará respuesta de esto el vuelo es para mañana y yo pagué al momento el boleto debe llegar al momento

PCM Travels is a Nigerian scam. They pose as agents for legitimate airlines, use overlays that APPEAR to be the actual airline. They allow the reservation to be made then they make ANOTHER identical reservation. When you see the duplicate charge, you contact their "customer service" and think you are getting the airline....but you are getting them! They cancel the fake one and demand a $100-$200 "cancellation fee." When you refuse, they just charge your card. (Dispute it and card company will charge it back) Unsuspecting people will click on a Google search that has your airline name all over it... and the interface appears legit - BUT the URL is a fake one like "supportairlines.com" STAY AWAY - CHARGE BACK!!

Do not use this company they completely scammed us and they charge way more than the actual flight. When we had to change the flight they charged us $500 and they assured us that we can use the credit for 1600 on the airlines website. We found out there was no credit and the airlines called us and told us that this travel agency called the airlines and they acted as me. They proclaimed they were me and canceled my flight for $68 and charged me $500. How I found this out is the actual airline called me and they told me I called earlier that day to cancel and they wanted to send me the confirmation. So I was charged a total of $942 and they only paid the airline $68.

Me hicieron que pagara los vuelos al precuo que publican despues me cobrqn mas dinero me hicieron que les depositara y no dan ninguna informacion antes de cobrar o que uno pague hasta despues llaman con sus conros extras que los impuestos que los taxes . Son estafadores me arrepiebto no haber vomprado los vuelos directo en las compania d3 vuelos. Ahora me estan cobrando mas son estafadores le dire a mi mama que les ponga una demanda en USA si no me arreglan este problema alla. No se juega.

1 star because I cant pick zero stars. They charged me additional $150 usd just out of their sleeve, claiming it to be some type of taxes that they could not explain, I was in a rush and agreed. Just to get to the airport to find that my flight was weirdly refunded and I couldnt board, (two days later Im still stranded due to high season and no availability of flights) when I asked for the refund of that extra $150 they did not agreed to it until I told them I would post bad reviews. Dont use their service, they abuse and overcharge. Horrible experience. Mikel was the main guy serving me, his Supervisor, HAS REFUNDED the money after I had to remind him once. I end up not loosing money through them. But by having to buy next day tickets on high season and doing long stop overs to finally get back home. Even I got the money back, the user experience was terrible Nd wouldn't recommend.

I thought I was calling Emirates Airlines in the US. I had googled to discern Emirates contact phone number. At the bottom of the page which looked like it was from Emirates was a number 1-844-243-9403. I now know fron google that the 844 area code is frequently used by scammers and you pay any charges if you call a 844 number. Charlie Smith impersonated an Emirates agent. He had access to their ticketing and seat assignment. I wanted to upgrade to more roomy seating as the first leg of my flight from Phuket to Doha has no premium economy seating, which I wanted and which I booked for the second leg to Seattle. Charlie tried to sell my a business class ticket for an additional $7500. I had already paid $2700. I bought economy flex for $820 for the Phuket Doha return.
Then when I went to Emirates website to check on my assigned seating, I saw that my seats had been changed as per Charlie, and then when I decided to move to a different row, I was allowed to do so at no cost. I then decided to cancel and book business class with another airline. I chatted with Emirates to see about cancelling and was told that it was a free service within 24 hours of booking, which it was. So I cancelled.Charlie had said that it would cost me $500 to cancel. Long story short, business class on all airlines on Kayak were very expensive, with the cheapest being Air China at $4700. So I went back and rebooked on Emirates for about $30 less than yesterday. I then called American Express and reported the scam and asked for a replacement card. The decision to declare the $820 pending charge a fraud was made, and the pending charge to PCM will not be honored by American Express

PCM travels acts like Air Canada agents , from UK , I was wondering why they are calling from uk , I was in Canada and they acted as Air Canada agents and scammed me with c$359, for reversing my Aeroplan points on cancellation of my tickets , where as Aeroplan don’t charge any money for reversing the Aeroplan points , they encased our ignorance, it is fraud and am taking up with my Bank .
