I had a great experience PCM travels, especially with Mr Dennis, he provided me a great customer service, he answered my queries with patience and it was a good overall experience

They are scammers, my family of 11 people is stuck at islamabad airport. We bought tickets of etihad airline from them Family travelled from Washington to Islamabad without any trouble. Today they are going back and found at airport counter that tickets are suspended. No one from PCM is responding nor providing the card which was used by them to pay airline

Buenos dias, compré mi boleto hace dos dias. Por 1000 dolares un trayecto con todos los impuestos. Luego de efectuar el pago me dice el asesor que en 24 o 48 horas me envian el boleto, lo cual no es común en Colombia. Ha sido amable el asesor, el pago ha salido con el nombre de la empresa. Vine a la oficina presencial en Bogota y me dicen que siempre hay algo de demora y son confiable, claro como latinos no estamos acostumbrados y pensamos en estafa de una vez y tal vez es cultural. Requiero el boleto ya casi se cumplen las 48 horas. Es una urgencia y ya he pagado por ello. Mi numero de reserva es TM 13985. Por favor requiero el pasaje no un reembolso ni tampoco pagar cargos adicionales.

Scammed my 80 year old parents out of $300+.
Unbelievable how soul-less & without conscience these people act.
My parents fought for months with the credit card company. They stooped so low that they even falsified an invoice. Unreal.

Scammed out of $560 - by clever person with supportairlines.com - acting as British Airlines agent. They are able to duplicate airlines logos, get into the reservation via confirmation codes, do seat assignments - it's amazingly deceptive. Phone number I was given on email receipt from them - 844-752-4464

Sleaze. Their parents are so ashamed. They are fraudsters with five different company names, myriad phone numbers and an address in the slums of Houston. They are criminals and the FBI should be trying to track them down.

PCM Travel is a SCAM! In February 2024, Paid $546.00 for a flight home for an emergent situation. Arrived at the airport no record of payment so I had to buy another ticket. PCM Travel said they would credit my card and they still have not as of today May 2024. Still fighting with my useless credit card company Synchrony. The worst credit card company I have ever dealt with.

A Huge Let Down!
Booking with this company was a horrible experience. My flight changed multiple times before leaving for my destination as they couldn’t secure something for myself and my son until the day before the trip. I was booked for the wrong return date. I tried contacting them through phone, email and WhatsApp with no response for days. The moment I got to a representative I was lied to then ignored. I had to contact the airline directly to get the correct information about my return home. The company lied to me and told me that the airline cancelled their flight for the day which was totally incorrect. Then they told me that they tried to contact me by calling meanwhile they had other methods in which they could’ve connects with me (Email & WhatsApp) They messed up and wanted me to fix it by purchasing tickets to return home. When I was unable to do so… They left myself and my son stranded for 5 days. I would not recommend and will not be using them again.

These people posed as a United representative. My flight was canceled, this rep assured me that I would receive a full refund for my initial flight in 2 weeks if I put in a claim but I had to rebook a new flight. My claim was denied. United said that is not their policy and this company did nothing to get my money back after they assured me i would get a full refund. Scammers!!

Read all the BBB reviews for this company before giving them your money. Since TrustPilot won't allow links, you need to search the BBB website for FlyCheapestOnline or PCM Travels US. I've never seen a BBB report before without a single review more than 1.

I didn't use PCM, but a client of mine tried to and got scammed for over $1100. Do your research for online travel companies that are not airlines.
