Yes love the app but the commercials…

Yes love the app but the commercials are 5-10 minutes and now the show is gone off understand advertising is necessary but they can cut back on them for the money they want every month I just want to enjoy my show without all the interruptions every 2 scenes!!!!!!!!!

Breaks for the Ad Commercials

Ok, I lo e the streaming app, however, do you think it would be possible to stop, or at least reduce the number of commercials for Lighting Casino. I mean really, 3 to 4 ads during very break. I must say, it seems like a little much.

I a perplexed that they ask for me to upgrade to watch certain things, when in fact, I am already paying for premium!?! So wtf? It has a lot of programming I enjoy, but like many have already stated too many commercials. and I agree that inappropriate ones are playing on "family and children oriented channels". I could careless about the adult oriented commercials on the adult channels, but it's widely inappropriate on cartoon and family channels ffs! The length of the commercials are utterly ridiculous.

This app freezes so much but what's most annoying is all they're showing is disgusting insect commercials during shows and movies. Every commercial is about gross roaches. Do better PHILO WE ARE PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE! I may cancel for this reason

scam

scam. made me call India and I had to give them access to my cpu to cancel.I refused and was charged. I was only able to cancel on the website when my trial was over. it is a new scam the credit card company knows but dose not care.

Never use this streaming service

unskippable ads no matter how much you pay. I tried deleting my account with them because I know I would never use them again, and they told me it would take 45 days to delete my information. I escalated to a manager and they said all they could do is follow up with them with an email. there is no direct phone line to the "tier two team" that handles account deletion. this is completely unacceptable. Account deletion should take one minute. The only reason I can think of that they would do this is to sell my information to data brokers, which the manager I spoke to did not directly deny that. NEVER use this streaming service. I hope this entire company goes under

They are horrible! Never received the free trial advised to try a different email, now emails used still no free trial! The customer service is horrible! Don’t use this company at all!

If I could give Zero stars I would!I subscribe April 25,2025.I was never able to watch anything through the Philo Scamming App!I unsubsidized and call for a refund and these scammers won't give me a Refund of 30.17 is what they took out my account.DONT MESS WITH PHILO

30$ Commercial

I'm so surprised that I paid basically 30$ for one month of service. With a few 3 minute long commercials, plus all the 15 seconds & 1 -2 minutes ads. Why? Philo use to be amazing. I don't know what's happened.

Philo is a wonderul change from dish…

Philo is a wonderul change from dish and cable. We actually see more of the programing we want without the high price for garbage on other providers. ! would have went 5 star but the guide is a little clumsy and home page is to cluttered.

we had a subscription to spectrum cable…

we had a subscription to spectrum cable paying 280 a month with internet. i now have every channel i had with spectrum for 28 a month plus paying for internet. we have been very happy with philo. yes there can be a few issues with buffering and such but well worth the saving. i am wondering why we didnt switch sooner. the only thing i miss is local news and weather. we dont watch sports so thats not a problem for us.
