Booking was made easy. Contact at 1am in the morning was a pleasure. And the staff are first class. I use a lot of valet parking and I would say they are the best by far.

On arrival we met the staff member at valet parking at Birmingham Airport which meant a very short walk to check a bags. They properly inspected the car before departure to ensure it was returned in the same condition. Then on our return to the UK I called them after passport control although baggage claim took a little longer than expected my car looked pristine and was awaiting our collection. At the same valet parking spot which made it super quick and easy. My car was very clean and overall very happy with the service provided. Will definitely park with this company again.

Harry and his team, we're first class in everything they did for us. They were accommodating when baggage handling took for ever to get our bags out.

I used Platinum Valet for one week in August 2025 and was very disappointed with the service.

First, the car park was extremely difficult to find, even with the instructions provided. The directions were unclear, and the location signage was poor, which caused unnecessary stress before my flight.

Even worse, on my return, I tried calling the company several times to find out where my vehicle was — but no one was answering. After multiple attempts and long waiting, I eventually got my car back, but the lack of communication was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

I raised a formal complaint and asked for a refund, but they dismissed my concerns and claimed everything was delivered “on time” — completely ignoring the stress and inconvenience caused by their lack of response.

I’ve now escalated the matter to the British Parking Association and Trading Standards because I believe this service fell below acceptable standards.

I would not recommend Platinum Valet and will not be using them again.

Used the airport valet parking and overall it was a smooth and easy service. My car wasn’t washed as expected, which is why I’ve dropped a star, but Somil was really friendly and made the whole process stress-free. Seems like a good service and I’d use it again.

Really conveniently located for the airport, this parking is ideal. They offer a great price and even give your car a decent wash before collection. After some initial confusion about the numbering of spaces in the multi-storey car park, we found where we needed to meet our greeter. Key handover was smooth and getting to the airport a simple case of getting the monorail which leaves from the adjacent structure. Collection was similarly smooth and the agent even kindly pulled a suitcase when he saw how much luggage travelling with a toddler involves! Would definitely use them again.

Our flight was diverted to a different airport so we were 6 hours delayed picking up our car. Harry was great on the phone, very helpful and friendly. We were assured there'd be no extra charges.
Dropped one star because to find the right drop off place we used the "get directions" link in the email and it took us to the wrong carpark! We were charged £6 for 5 mins in the carpark while we figured out we should've gone to the train station short stay carpark.
