Very efficient, drop off and collection worked well, car ready for collection once we reached the parking area on our return, car cleaned as well was a bonus !

Superb Airport Meet and Greet parking - Birmingham
Great customer service from Steve and Harry! Sorted my mess up on my booking, as I had made it for the week later!! Super Helpful and were great on the day, solving the problem with no stress!! Couldn’t be more grateful!
Easy process, dropping off and pick up, and car was washed on arrival, and on time!

I recently used Platinum Valet Parking at Birmingham Airport while away on holiday for a week, and I couldn't be more impressed. From drop-off to pick-up, the service was flawless. The team were professional, polite and took great care of my car.
When we landed back in the UK after a long day and a four-hour flight, it was such a relief to be met by a friendly, courteous member of staff waiting for us at arrivals, with my car ready and even freshly washed for free!
Their attention to detail and customer service were spot on. Great value for money, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. The answer to “Would I recommend them?” is a definite yes – 100%.

Where do i start? I had the pleasure of Harry’s top notch customer service. Great comms, car came back squeaky clean and he even left drinks in the car for my kids. I fly from b’ham quite often and i am not using anyone else from here onwards. Also on the day these guys were the cheapest meet and greet by far. Look no further for your airport parking. Great experience
Great experience, I travel a lot for work and first time using these. They were well priced and were there to meet me on time both departing and arriving. Car was spotless on arrival and polite on the phone. Harry who met us was helpful and ensured the car was exactly as we handed it over. Nice touch with some cold water after the flight as well

Dave and Steve took great care !
Dave and Steve took great care of my car. They were waiting for me at Birmingham airport station, just one minute witje the skytrain from the airport. Car was clean.
Would recommend them.

Just want to say how good great service my experience…
Just want to say how good my experience was with these guys. Very easy to find. Pulled up Harry who collected my car what a nice bloke Very polite and professional. On the way back we missed the mono rail by a few mins. Rang up they walked towards us and met us. Harry they got my suitcase and walked us to the car. He put a drink in there for us and the car was cleaned Very well.

Really easy to book and not that much…
Really easy to book and not that much more than the inside car parks where you have to drag the cases to a shuttle bus or walk them to the terminal.
This was by far and away easier. Drop off and meet on both ends of holiday was faultless. Really good communication from the team. Car was washed and waiting for us even though we were delayed slightly. Took all the stress out of working out times. Just drove up. Unloaded car and went. Paperwork was completed with a full check of the car and mileage !!! Which you. Check and sign.
If you fly from Birmingham its worth a look.
We couldn't find a discount code. But for what we had it wasn't bad value.

Amazing service
Amazing service! They were on time for both departure & arrival! Effortless communication.
Car was left so clean! We also rrived home to 32c weather and they had left us bottles of water. It's the little things that make companies like this so amazing !
