Disappointing. I had a representative come to my house…
I had a representative come to my house to price 4 sofa cushions. Susan insisted that plumbs only uses their own material and priced 4 cushions at £1150. She was extremely miserable with the worst attitude, and after I said that I thought this was a high price she grabbed her stuff and was out the door without so much as a goodbye, very rude with a terrible attitude of someone of such maternity. BEWARE!!!

From start to finish
From start to finished product - everything was excellent. Lynn realised exactly what I wanted and showed me the most suitable fabrics for loose covers for a small sofa. She measured and photographed everything very carefully and when the covers arrived and fitted - they were perfect! The fit and finish were excellent and looked wonderful. I am delighted and would certainly recommend Plumbs for quality and cost.

Persistent junk mail
Absolute nuisance. Never asked for as little as a quote from them, nevermind made a purchase and I've been absolutely plagued with junk mail. I've returned multiple unopened letters and they are still sending junk mail on a regular basis.

New Cover for multi York Sofa
The whole experience was easy from arranging for someone to call in to measure the Multi York sofa. Give advice on choosing a fabric and pattern. Then fitting the loose covers well within the time frame quoted.
The price was also reasonable.
We are very pleased with the new look!

3 very good visits - discussing possibilities and prices and ordering (no pressure) ; measuring ; fitting. All very efficiently conducted. Very poor workmanship
Whilst Anne, your representative was extremely helpful, I was very disappointed with the covers. The bottom of the covers were so tightly stitched and therefore very puckered . My daughter has had to remove all the covers, sofa, chair and poufee and tried to improve the overall appearance which was a difficult task. Whilst I appreciate that covers are not comparable to reupholstery, considering the price I paid I certainly expected a much better standard. Therefore I would deter anyone from using your services.

Amanda was so professional and knowledgeable. I took her advice on fabrics and chose loose covers which arrived in 3 weeks and Amanda fitted them perfectly. I am so pleased with the result.

Good service at home
The sales person visited my home, measured up and advised me on my choice of fabric for cushion covers to fit my L-shaped sofa. She was helpful and friendly.
The items were made promptly (quicker than I was led to expect) and the representative returned to install them for me. They were quite expensive for what they are, but well-made and look good. One of the zips broke, but the salesperson was able to fix it and I was happy with the finished job.

It was an easy experience, I was sent swatches of material and to be honest it did take me a long time to decide. Once I contacted Plumbs to confirm my choice they were very quick to respond. Their operative in my area was both friendly and professional, can’t fault them.
