Sole of a shoe came off - no response still...
I have been a loyal customer for a couple of years and haven't encountered any major problems, items always looked well and the delivery was always speedy (which is the reason why I'm not giving this company 1 star). However, my experience with the last product I purchased (Opal, Vegea) makes me reconsider my approach to this company entirely. After less than 6 months of use, the sole of the shoe came off entirely, possibly because it wasn't attached properly during the manufacturing stage. From a company with such a strong sustainability ethos, I would expect this would be met with options for repair or recycling the materials or even a refund, however, even after contacting the company twice, I haven't received ANY response. I feel incredibly disappointed and would recommend to avoid this product and this company, unless you have a very solid ground for believing the products are going to be good.

Once I figured out my true size
Once I figured out my true size, I was very impressed with the quality of the products. They are vey comfortable and accommodate my wide toe foot shape without crowding. I am very happy to have found such leather shoes as I have had difficulty with my foot shape.

Poor communication with customers…
Poor communication with customers (ongoing)
I sent two shoes back in March because they were both too narrow for my feet. I acquired proof of postage and can even see the return was accepted at the address as directed/provided but I have received no communication on whether my refund was approved. The auto response for enquiries specifically mentions a 48 hour turnover but I haven't received anything since sending my email on the 18/05. This is the only alternative I have to acquire a response. I may not even be eligible for a refund but I think I am owed some sort of confirmation in writing.

I believe that your order must have been returned to the old warehouse facility, given the date in which they were ordered.
We had a serious issue with the previous warehouse as they went into administration and were were and remain unable to access our returns as the business was being managed by administrators.
We have a new warehouse facility and the returns process is working well, although this doesn't help your isolated issue.
Please can you use david@po-zu.com and confirm which address your returns were returned to and we can try and get our hands on them and inspect them both. Have you returned both pairs you ordered as i see from the sales records you ordered a size 44 and a size 45?
Before anything is authorised we have to insect the returns to ensure they are in the condition they were when they were dispatched and then we can raise whatever you wish, either a refund or an exchange.
Its an inconvenient situation and we continue to work with the administrators however they are not at all helpful.
I will reach out again today with another request to them surrounding your return and we will get this resolved one way or another this week.

Soft on the fist try. Normally wear and 8 sometimes a 7 1/2 , went with 38 but they are still a little roomy, might go to 37 next time. Not bad but we will see in time. Still very cute, would buy again. Shipping was fast.

The shoes are excellent
The shoes are excellent. They're built well, are comfortable and look awesome. After reading some reviews about delivery, I have to say I was surprised. I got them shipped to Australia in under 2 weeks.
Po-Zu will be on the top of the list next time I'm looking for socially responsible shoes.

We have had some real challenges over the last few months with our warehouse and several couriers, quite simply the service levels in both areas were nowhere near where we have been used to and needed to remain. The warehouse finally ended up going into administration which gave us huge problems accessing stock.
We have over the last 4-6 weeks relocated our warehouse, managed to get our hands on our inventory and appointed brand new couriers for our ROW shipping and look to be getting back to providing the levels of service we are used to and certainly have to maintain.
The Vim is a great product and we are delighted that you are enjoying your purchase. Manufactured in a great factory in Sri Lanka, the factory itself is awesome across all areas, not only making great products but also the way in which they look after and treat their employees.

I love my Judy shoes
I love my Judy shoes! This is my second pair and they are almost certainly going to be my last! True to size - lovely colours- I do wear them mostly indoors. But wear if dry outside.

Really disappointed with the service…
Really disappointed with the service from Po-Zu. After a sending me the wrong boots I emailed, called and left a VM to let them know and it took over a week to reply to me. It’s now been nearly another week since asking if the boots I sent back have been received and I’m yet to hear anything back. Unclear whether I’ll get my money back and the boots I had ordered have now sold out. Terrible customer service all round.
Added 26/04/22 - David/ Po-Zu have still not replied to my email asking for an update, no compensation has been offered despite what David claims in his reply below. Po-zu have take my money and I still have no boots to show for it or any idea if I will. No refund has been offered either.

We did for whatever reason pick and ship the incorrect style to you, please accept our apologies for this, this happens as a genuine mistake around 4-5 times each year, given the amount of shoes we pick and ship although its frustrating, given this process is a manual process we are going to see errors.
The original style ordered on order number 45570, has been picked and dispatched as far as i can see.
I will speak to the warehouse this morning and let you have the tracking details and an update later today, i believe they were shipped on Tuesday, this week.
Please accept my apologies for this level of service, which is nowhere near what our customers have come to expect from Po-Zu on issues like this.
If you wouldn't mind using my professional e mail address which is david@po-zu.com i would like to offer you a small token of compensation as a form of an apology etc.
