We have been experiencing some issues with the quality / level of our service and delivery service etc, up until recently, when we were forced to make some radical changes to our external partners, hopefully we are starting to see the benefits of this change.

We are delighted that you are happy with your shoes, this is great news. The Vegea material was brand new for us and the uptake on this material from Italy has been extremely encouraging.

Morning.

Thank you for leaving us your feedback / experience.

We have seen allot of challenges with our warehouse provider and courier companies that are essential to any business, like our which is based on line.

Our level of service has always been of vital importance to us and i do apologise if you have not received the level of customer service you would have come to expect from the Po Zu team.

We have, (last week) been able to exit the previous warehouse provider and also for the UK changed our shipping company to D.H.L which will put us back to where we were, in relation to our customer service levels and transparency.

Morning - thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We have been experiencing severe delays and general decline in our picking and shipping areas of the business, which was 100% down to the warehouse facility we are / were using and the on going issues we face with courier companies.

We would like to apologise for the delay in shipping your boots, this level of service is unacceptable and is being reviewed without any further delays.

We have re located our warehouse after severe issues with the previous facility and the goods are now ready to pick and ship.

Due to the period of time you have been waiting, i have this morning, refunded the full price back to you to allow you to purchase whatever you require with no further delays.

We do plan to go on a final sale inside 48 hours, so if your intention would be to give us another try then we would love to see you returning to the on line store.

Once again please accept our sincere apologies.

Please accept our apologies that your experience with the delivery and customer service hasn't been great. This is not what we aim for and are always trying to improve what we do.

The issues we have faced in the last 3-5 months have been around our third party warehouse and our courier service, both of whom have fallen short in relation to service levels.

This has been addressed and the deliveries and the general level of service will see a significant improvement.

Please accept my apologies that your experience in these areas was not what you would expect.

Trying to source these packaging materials is a real challenge, as this part of the experience not enough focus and attention is paid.

The shipping to be honest has been a real challenge during the last 6 months so we are delighted that your order was received in good time with no issues.

Morning Brian,

Thank you for your feedback, although nowhere near the level of service we normally aim for, please accept my apologies.

I picked your order myself and left it with our third party warehouse to ship, that was as you say around two weeks ago. Since then the warehouse facility has been leading us on a merry dance with promises and deliberate lies which we have only just found out, in the last 24 hours that all the orders including yours that i picked myself never left the warehouse, despite all these promises.
We have concluded our agreement with this third party provider with immediate effect and i am heading to the facility this afternoon to pick your order myself and post. If i am not able to gain access to the facility i will refund your entire order straight away, although i have been promised access to our stock.
I will let you have an update this evening.
Please again accept my sincere apologies for this poor service, which i repeat, is not the normal.

We have experienced allot of challenges in the last 6 months, with staff shortages, warehouse closures and trying to run an internet business and shipping parcels across the globe with the general courier business and postal services all screwed up, offering no support and taking up to a week to reply to a straight forward question.

We always try and so our best and have remained positive through these challenging times.

This feedback will go along way and means an awful lot to the team.
