The pajamas are very comfortable, and the customer service is unmatched!

Queen responded so quickly and helped me with a few questions. Queen makes you feel like you’re the only customer with how quickly she replies and I know it’s a very big business with a lot of inquiries but with the detailed responses and the fast reply you’d think you’re the only one!!! I can’t say enough amazing things about Posh Peanut. VIP experience from order to delivery.

Customer service is great! My package didn’t get delivered but they sent me a replacement and for the item not replaceable I was given a gift card for that amount.

I had a quality issue with a blanket I had purchased. I reached out and was able to work with Queen. She was tons of help and offered to send me a replacement blanket at no charge. Such a good experience. It’s great to know there are still companies out there that value their customers and are willing to take care of them.

There was a quality issue with a new pair of pajamas I received. I emailed, with a photo of the issue, and received a prompt response and solution. No lag time or excuses, it was greatly appreciated. My package got lost in the mail and I contacted Posh Peanut to see what I should do. they were so helpful and sent a replacement package and even gave me a different size then what i originally ordered due to my baby boy growing so fast!
