Very good service, customer service was quick to respond.

Went above and beyond to help, when UPS demanded that we pay them an extra £350+ for ‘new tariff charges’ on our direct delivery from Milan. Responded immediately (at 6:30pm) to say that they would sort it out directly - and the machine was delivered next day, with nothing more to pay. And they were still the lowest price for the machine I wanted - which I love. Very happy customer.

I recently ordered my Profitec Move Coffee machine through Prime Coffee Suppliers. I am so glad I did, the whole experience was painless, my espresso machine came all the way from Italy, I got free coffee beans and to top it off a free coffee plant. They are also super responsive to emails and any concerns you may have. Overall defo a 5 star experience and highly recommended.

Adam reached out to me and I have to say that the after sales support has been excellent. The supplier issue has since been sorted and going forward, I wouldn't hesitate to order from Prime Coffee Suppliers.

A mixed experience. I think I was a bit unlucky so want to try and be fair in this review.

I ordered some new burrs and did promptly recieve some in the post. Unfortunately, these were the incorrect burrs for my grinder (a much cheaper and incompatible set).

This did take much longer to resolve than I'd have hoped (16 days), and I did find myself getting frustrated at times as it was hard to get an ETA for a resolution. It is worth noting this was over the christmas period so a bit of a perfect storm.

To their credit, they did source the correct burrs from another supplier and the customer services team are friendly and do pick up the phone and reply to emails / online chat. The fault also felt like it sat with their supplier rather than them (the supplier would be getting a 1* review!).

I do wish the team all the best and hope they have a word with their supplier (who still haven't sent the return slip for the incorrect burrs 🤦‍♂️).

Great service and communication

Had a great experience with them. There was a problem with the order initially but they sorted it with no issues.

I ordered a Quick Mill POP UP Espresso Machine, which was listed as “in stock.” Unfortunately, “in stock” turned out to mean that the machine was held in an Italian warehouse and still required a UK plug conversion and testing, resulting in a lead time that was not clearly communicated upfront.

Over the following three weeks, I had to repeatedly follow up for updates. On several occasions, I was told that the machine had been converted and would ship imminently, but each of these deadlines was missed.

Due to the repeated delays and the lack of a firm delivery date, I eventually cancelled the order. I never received the machine, although I did receive a refund around a month after placing the initial order. While the staff were generally polite, operational transparency and timely delivery were significantly lacking. I would advise caution if you need an item urgently.

Great service and advice. Fast delivery

Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Prime Coffee Suppliers. I placed an order for a machine that turned out to be out of stock, and unlike many vendors who would just cancel the order, Adam was quick to get in touch. We had a proper conversation about what I needed, and he put together a fantastic deal on a repaired Rocket TCA and a DF64 grinder.

For standard in-stock items, they are clearly very efficient—Adam agreed to ship the brand new DF64 ahead of the machine, and it arrived extremely quickly.

Since the TCA was a repaired return (damaged in shipment previously), there was a bit of a wait (which went a bit longer than initially suggested). Adam was great at managing my expectations initially, giving honest explanations about the difficulty of obtaining parts, which I really appreciated as a first-time buyer.

The only area where I feel there is room for improvement is the communication and organisation regarding the final dispatch of the machine. Once the repair was finished, there was some disorganisation in getting it shipped, which caused a bit of anxiety given the high value of the item, and that I hadn't purchased from them previously. I received a few mixed messages regarding the status and location of the pallet, and for various reasons, they weren't able to provide a tracking number or consignment details. Better and more consistent messaging here would have eased this anxiety somewhat - and would have meant I didn't take up as much of their time badgering them for information. Luckily, someone happened to be home when it finally did arrive!

The machine arrived safely and is in absolutely pristine condition—you wouldn't know it had ever been damaged.

Verdict: If you are buying in-stock items, they are faultless. If you are ordering something custom or waiting on a repair, bear in mind that it might not be fast. However, if you have a little patience with the logistics, they will do a great job and get you a fantastic machine in the end

Really good experience, everyone was really friendly

Before purchasing a coffee machine, I asked some questions and received a patient and kindly reply. After placing an order, the following procedure is perfect. I can track the parcel on “Shop” app as well.

I had a minor issue with an ECM machine I purchased and Adam, Jessy and the team couldn’t have been more accommodating in finding a resolution that worked for both of us.

There was no issue in being flexible and they were truly focused on finding a solution that worked for me rather than leaving me without my espresso machine.

Purchased a Fiorenzato grind by weight grinder. The process was brilliant and, even though the item I wanted wasn't in stock, I was kept informed about availability at all times. My grinder arrived about a week earlier than expected which was brilliant.

All in all Prime Coffee Suppliers were excellent and I'd recommend them wholeheartedly.

First rate service from initial contact to delivery and beyond. Jess and Adam were extremely helpful and kept me up to date as my order progressed. I would recommend anyone who is looking at anything coffee related have Prime Coffee Suppliers on their shortlist.
