I ordered a Rocket Cinquatotto R58 coffee machine. It arrived on time and as expected and is very impressive. As it is a considered purchase I reached out to Prime Coffee Suppliers beforehand - who spent some time answering my questions, and were extremely helpful. After the machine arrived, they were extremely responsive to my follow on queries and were able to quickly address a couple of teething problems as well as provide useful guides and insights as to how to get the best from the machine. I can’t recommend Adam and the team highly enough.

Purchased a new grinder from this company and very happy with the service. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing issue with the first grinder I got sent but Adam quickly responded to my email, arranged for a replacement and a courier to collect the faulty unit within a couple of days. Don’t even bother to look for anybody else and waste your time by scanning all the others coffee shop suppliers, if you have a coffee shop, that’s where you need to go! Adam has been helping us from inception to picking a machine and finally placing an order, service has been top class. He helped us every step of the way and even went the extra mile to get back a deposit on a machine we no longer needed. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a coffee grinder on February 13th with next-day delivery, and here I am, more than two weeks later, still without my product! Nobody ever contacted me—I had to chase them down for updates, only to be fed lie after lie.

First, they blamed staff sickness, then customs delays, then they said the product had arrived from Italy on February 24th. But by February 27th? Still "in the van." What a joke! Adam Appelbee, my so-called point of contact, has been completely deceitful, constantly blaming the warehouse and refusing to take responsibility. If the warehouse is truly the issue, any serious company would look into replacing it to protect their reputation—but clearly, they don’t care.

The only positive note is that they eventually issued a refund, but that doesn’t change the fact that they wasted my time and treated me horribly.

This company is completely unreliable, unprofessional, and deceitful.

Prime were responsive and came out to repair our coffee machine efficiently. It was a good result.

I would give 5 start but I can’t when I received my machine I wouldn’t work properly plus I have to pay an engineer to come out and fix the problem because they only cover parts on the warranty not the labor, but I still bought a machine that didn’t even work when I received it which is not a good picture when the machine cost a lot of money.

Update 5th dec. Since the slightly flaky start, Adam has been very helpful and has been in regular contact. I have changed the review to 4 stars now. The machine did take a while to arrive but all appears fine - though after my initial test Santa took it away to hide - grrr! The lose screw issue appeared to be nothing to do with the machine.

My initial experience was let down by slow delivery and no communication whatsoever. When a week had passed and no sign of machine or any message I had to chase them. My reason for choosing prime coffee suppliers they were in the UK and the machine was in stock - or so it said. They were quite a bit dearer than other options such as coffeeitalia but I wanted a UK supplier and not risk a long wait. The machine eventually turned up about 10-12 days later but had been shipped from Italy - not UK. I then had to chase them for the coffee beans supposed to be included. The machine seems to work fine but I reported a lose screw - not sure if it had come out of this machine or just fallen into it. Prime coffee suppliers promised to check - but - i have heard nothing. Not the best of experiences and I wish I had saved the money by ordering from coffeeitalia - riskier as it seemed at the time.

I recently purchased a coffee machine from this Prime Coffee Suppliers, and I have to say, the customer service was outstanding from start to finish.
