Ordered a Fiorenzato grinder, which was listed as "in stock" - then received an email to say it would be next month.

I was admittedly concerned about the credibility of the company based on other reviews. However, I spoke to Adam on the phone and he resolved the issue in a very positive way.

Good communication. I had a message from ups that I need to pay import fees. after sending an e-mail to prime coffee I got the response that it was an error and i don't need to pay. Machine was delivered quickly, too. Very good experience

Was originally going to order a Sage but speaking to Adam helped me pin down what I needed and wanted. Went for a La Pagani grinder and mini Cellini. Could not be more pleased with the purchase.

I contacted them by phone to ask some questions and was impressed with their knowledge of the products and before confirming my choice I was asked about my setup to make so was buying the right grinder for my needs. I also spoke to Andy after I had received the grinder and he was very helpful with my query and I would have no hesitation in dealing with them in the future.

Extremely friendly, helpful and honest when discussing and arranging a major purchase. Kept me updated with passage of items from Italy to their warehouse. Very responsive to queries. The courier company PCS used kept me updated and carried to VERY heavy items up two flights of stairs.

Outstanding service and communication from Adam throughout the entire process. I ordered the Cube and the All Ground Sense grinder, fully aware that there would be a wait due to stock availability. Adam kept me well informed every step of the way.

The Cube arrived first but unfortunately had a fault. It was promptly collected, assessed, and replaced with a brand-new unit in no time — which works perfectly. As a gesture of goodwill (completely unprompted), Adam also sent over some coffee, a pair of Fellow cups, and a Sanremo T-shirt — a thoughtful touch that really went above and beyond.

The grinder arrived yesterday and is absolutely spot on. I’m now living my home coffee dream thanks to these amazing products.
