I purchased an acoustic guitar from Project Music and cannot fault the service. I came across them by chance whilst comparing other larger online/high street retailers, but ignored them because the price was higher (and out of my budget!). However, I noticed that they match prices, so I phoned them. They were really helpful, used their knowledge to give good advice, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need or want, checked the stock situation and gave realistic delivery dates. They matched the price of other retailers, so I ordered the guitar there and then! 7 days later, exactly as promised, the guitar arrived safely, in perfect condition and set up as agreed. I'll definitely buy from ProjectMusic again, and recommend you do too!

I have been shopping around now for some time for a deal on one of the new performance Martins. Found these guys on line, called them and got a great deal and some very helpful advice. The guitar arrived the next day! Its sounds fantastic and plays great and was exactly as described. I would recommend these guys to anyone and will definately use them again!! thanks guys!

I was searching the net for UK Roland dealerships offering a special package with fast free delivery and came across this site. I had never heard of Projectmusic and read some reviews which were all positive bar one recent review. I decided to go ahead and order online as reviews are always dependant on the individuals experience and expectations. I received an order confirmation and reference number straight away and thought "great I should get my piano within 24hours as the ad stated". After 24hours I didn't get any further updates of delivery times so e-mailed them. To cut a long story short, I had to e-mail 3 times over 2 and half weeks to get progress on my piano delivery as they were waiting on delivery from Roland in Wales. Even though they didn't call me to update on progress or offer any guarantees of delivery dates, they did call me back straightaway when my e-mails were sent. And I always got the same person calling me back who was polite and professional. He did offer to refund me the money heading up to the 3rd week, but I chose to wait till the end of that week and got the call the following day to say it had arrived and provided me with the delivery date. The packages arrived safely on the day in excellent condition and I'm super stoked with my purchase. Thank you :)

I was having great difficulty sourcing a specific Fender guitar, other merchants had let me down, but project music accepted an order over the phone and gave me an excellent deal. The guitar arrived today and I'm very pleased with it. Project music have answered my various enquiries politely and efficiently, their service is good. Recommended.

After searching for some time I contacted Projectmusic to purchase a Martin J40. It wasn't a problem to take a load of snaps and emailing them to me rather than put faith in the standard product photograph.
It was set up perfectly,dispatched and arrived the next day. Perfectly packaged. This guitar is awesome. Maybe I'm not doing this fine guitar true justice with my limited capability - but I can't put it down.
I'd deal with these guys anytime and wouldn't have a problem telling other people to do so. Thanks guys.

They offer lower prices but you get poor service. Problems with refunds, wrong items (guitar bag), no items (guitar). Better spend 2% more and use trusted sellers.

After searching the internet for days I ordered an American Standard Telecaster in Sunburst from Project Music.

I had some concerns about ordering from a company I had never heard of before - the main one being whether what I ordered from the website would be what I actually received. As I am living out of the UK at the moment, I couldn't just pop along to the shop and see it for myself so I wanted to be sure before shelling out.

Luckily, Jason at Project Music was extremely helpful. All my emails were answered promptly (even with a four-hour time difference!) and he went to the extra effort of taking a selection of original photos to provide more of a detailed look at the guitar than you get with the stock image on the website.

The guitar was shipped the very next day after I ordered it and arrived the same day via courier to the address in the UK that I had asked for it to be delivered it to.

I received the guitar a couple of weeks later when it was brought over by a family member and I am really pleased with it. It plays like a dream and there isn't a flaw on it. I was slightly concerned that as it was the last one in stock it may have been played in the shop, but it doesn't seem to have been touched by anyone other than the guys who set it up.

So overall, I'm really, really pleased with the whole experience of ordering from Project Music. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and have learnt that just because a company is perhaps not as well-known as the faceless large distributors such as GAK, DV247 etc, it doesn't mean they are any less likely to provide a good service. In fact, I would say their personal, friendly service is better.

Fender "T" Bucket 400 CE
I wanted a good electro-acoustic guitar and after searching the net and looking at possibly 100's I settled on the Fender, Why you may ask ?
I have been playing U.S.A. Stratocasters for years so I knew the quality would be there,and this is a global guitar made to exacting specifications.The nut width is exactly the same as a Strat so making it easier to play than some other makes, the quality of materials and finish on the "T" bucket is excellent and the flame maple top,sides and back looks beautiful,easy to use fishman electrics are great as well.
As a female,and a lead guitarist most music stores treat you like you don't know what you are talking about ,Project Music were so refreshingly different ,I asked for the action to be set up as low as they could and that was done, although the price was about the same as all the other stores,they gave me a free good quality gig bag,free insured and tracked delivery on top and when it comes to customer service,price is not always a factor.
This was ordered over a weekend so I was not expecting it to be shipped till Monday,it arrived at 7.55 AM on Tuesday undamaged and unmarked,If you want good customer service,your instrument set up,and a quality guitar at a great price Project Music is the place to go, very highly recommended ,I would give it six stars if I could,and will definitely use them again,well done guys great job

I ordered a Seagull S6 Slim acoustic guitar from Projectmusic, having failed to find anyone locally who could give me a good price and setup. It was pretty much the best price i found, even for the guitar alone, and the Projectmusic deal included a free good quality gig bag and carriage plus professional setup. I was able to speak to Mike, who was to set up my guitar, and tell him exactly what i wanted. Everyone I spoke to was courteous, friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional. The shipment of Seagull guitars had been delayed (not the fault of Projectmusic: I tried ordering locally and had the same story regarding the delay), so I also got a free strap and a spare set of D'Darrio phosphor bronze strings thrown in to compensate me. I phoned the shop several times in the course of waiting for the guitar and was never made to feel I was a nuisance. If I hadn't liked the guitar (I love it as it happens) I would have had the option of returning it, carriage paid by them, for a full refund. I'm incredibly impressed with these guys and will recommend them and use them in the future.

Purchased an ESP Horizon NT EMG yesterday and it arrived on my doorstep this morning! Very impressed! Project Music have very helpful and friendly staff, and provide an efficient and professional service. Highly recommended!

I finally plucked up the courage to buy the guitar I have been drooling over for many years, a Martin HD28.
I have purchased three quite expensive guitars from the guys at Project Music over the last few years, and have had excellent service on each occasion, including: prompt delivery, good banter and great pricing. I explained that I was a returning customer and was immediately given an extremely good deal on the purchase.
I was asked how I would like the instruments action set up, also which day it would suit me for delivery.
I received a text message from them on the morning it was due to arrive, estimating a one hour delivery slot time.
Once again everything fell together smoothly, and the guitar arrived as promised within the time suggested.
The set up was exactly to my chosen specifications "low" and therefore easier on the fret fingers.
From ordering to delivery, the time taken was three days.
I called them the day after I received it, and thanked them for their efficient service etc.
Always give praise where deserved, and it was deserved!

After trying several comapnies for my purchase i found that not only was project music cheaper but they threw in a decent mic, headphones and memory card for free. They also delivered on a Saturday at half the price of other suppliers. The customer service was excellent from every member of the team i spoke to. Worth going to them for any music equipment!

I dealt with Lee and Ollie at Projectmusic when buying an Ibanez S7420 7 string electric guitar for my son's 21st birthday. I had been having difficulty locating that model. They were friendly and helpful and immediately contacted Ibanez to source the guitar and ensure they got it delivered to me as quickly as possible. They were honest in setting my expectations for delivery which I appreciated. Strongly recommended.

I bought a Seagull Maritime SWS HG acoustic guitar from Projectmusic. They were extremely helpful with information about setup and delivery, a joy to deal with.

I've used these guys several times and i cannot fault the service i've received, my items always arrived when they said it would & the staff have always been very polite and certainly know what they are talking about.

Would happily recommend these guys to anyone looking for musical equipment!!
